해마다 우리가 마주하는 상황으로 인해 올 여름은 더 특별할 것 같아서 더 행복할 수 없다. 우리의 체류를 매우 즐겁게 만들어 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다. 청소 직원은 아이들을 위해 멋진 가방을 우리에게 맡겼고 리셉션은 우리가 오후 4시까지 방을 떠날 수 있도록했습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 우산이 풀릴 때 이스마엘이 수영장에서 우리를 돌볼 수 있도록하십시오. :) 우리는 질문 없이 반복할 것입니다.

총 3박, 2023년 12월 2박, 2024년 2월에 1박을 호텔에서 했습니다. 두 번 모두 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 두 객실 모두 바다와 수영장 전망, 충분한 공간 및 편안한 침대를 제공했습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗하고 민트 상태입니다. 수영장을 사용하기에는 너무 추웠지만 호텔의 엘리베이터와 무료 주차는 추가 자산과 정말 아름다운 수영장과 정원 지역입니다. 우리는 또한 레스토랑을 추천 할 수 있으며 아침과 저녁 식사는 매우 좋았습니다. 우리에게는 도심 밖 위치가 좋았지 만 어디든 갈 차가 필요합니다. 도움을 주려고도 하지 않은 접수원 한 명을 제외하고는 모든 직원이 매우 친절하고 친절했습니다. 이것은 특히 우리를 집처럼 느끼게 하기 위해 최선을 다한 매우 친절한 사람인 Rebecca에게 사실입니다. 우리의 의견으로는 호텔의 유일한 진짜 약점 중 하나는 거동이 불편한 사람들이 이용할 수 있는 대형 샤워실이 있는 객실이 없다는 사실입니다. 호텔은 저렴하지는 않지만 돈을 위해 가치를 얻습니다.

This hotel isn’t replicating the spirit of the nineteenth century it is still inhabiting it. There is a very strong odour when you walk in, not sure what it is, museum, mothballs something distasteful. The whole place is really dark. The bedrooms, well the bedrooms, what can I say it’s like the hotel has discovered electricity so have changed the existing gas lamps to electrical fittings ie one to every room, including the bathrooms with no natural light. We saw two bedrooms, both of which were slightly creepy, old beds and what seemed like old mattresses and rubber type pillows to match. We just couldn’t stay we booked in and booked straight back out again even though we had booked in for four nights. Predictably, even though the hotel wasn’t available then so assume they relet the room, they wouldn’t refund any of the room charges, and we would have been happy with half. So, unless you particularly like dark creepy places to sleep in, or need a special experience for Halloween, would steer well clear of this.

Stayed for 4 weeks so we have good knowledge of the hotel. Overall the hotel was excellent- every member of staff we met was helpful, polite and friendly- I fail to see how other reviewers say they are rude!- the hotel should be proud of them. Food was all buffet service and quality was very good, with a good variety every day to suit all tastes. The dining room experience is mixed - it gets very noisy at peak times and becomes unpleasant but avoid peak times and it is good. Hotel was spotlessly clean. There has obviously been some updating and the general appearance is very good. The TV service in the rooms is very poor - unacceptable in today’s age with satellite, cable and internet options - never in our 4 weeks did we have both BBC and ITV , and for the last week we had neither due to lack of signal. Despite the couple of negatives we would definitely return as the hotel represents excellent value and is in an ideal location.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel MR Costa Blanca Denia with my family. Hotel MR Costa Blanca Denia has a very central location. There is plenty to do in the area with excellent restaurants, bars and shops close by. Our room was modern and spacious. However, for us there was something very special about Hotel MR Costa Blanca Denia. We were very impressed with the service which was simply outstanding. We were struck by the efficiency, kindness and empathy of the staff, especially the receptionist Lernik. We were celebrating my special milestone birthday and he really exceeded our expectations. My father is disabled with mobility issues. Lernik kindly helped my father to his room and was ever so patient and understanding. Lernik was very helpful, friendly and warm and we left with a very good impression of Hotel MR Costa Blanca Denia. He made our experience at Hotel MR Costa Blanca Denia extra special. 그래서 도착했고 모든 것이 괜찮아 보였고 멋져 보였습니다. 카페에서 간식을 먹기로 결정했습니다(그들이 부르는 것처럼) 우리는 쇠고기 샌드위치와 일반 햄버거(아이들을 위한)를 요청했습니다. 너무 무례한 직원은 남편이 메뉴에서 잘 말한 쇠고기 샌드위치를 하지 말라고 말했습니다! 그리고 왜 평범한 햄버거?? 왜 내 아이들이 샐러드를 좋아하지 않는지 묻는다!! 맥주를 위해 30분을 기다렸고 모이지오가 두 번 내 음료 보리 어디에 있는지 물었습니다 죄송합니다!!! 방 괜찮아 침대를 꺼내는 것은 매우 불편하지만 1 박 동안 괜찮습니다. 나는 여분의 베개를 요청했습니다. 문제가 없었습니다. 우리 방에서 에어컨이 작동하지 않았습니다! 유지 보수 직원이 스스로 열 때까지 안전하지 않습니다! 음식 평균 모든 뷔페는 맛이 좋지 않습니다 기본!! 수영장은 사랑스럽지만 작습니다. 전반적으로 관리자와 이야기하지 않았으며 무료 점심을 먹을 수 있습니다. 감사합니다. 기본적으로 신경 쓰지 않았지만 내 요점은 4 성급이며 £ 300를 지불하면 멀리서 놀랍기를 원합니다!

El diseño del hotel bonito, nuevo... piscina agradable aunque ojo con el escalón..una señalizados se agradece. Es de entender que hay poco personal si es nuevo y tendrán que ver si hay gente... por lo que entiendo que un camarero para la cafetería de abajo...que viene si le llamas, esas cosas son de entender porque están empezando. Pero donde radica el problema de este hotel que deben de subsanar cuanto antes, es el buffet de la cena y desayuno. Para cenar no hay buffet, vale no pasa siempre y cuando hagas un menú acorde con lo cobras, ojo porque es muy muy muy vergonzoso que te pongan bacalao con tomate,un trocitin medio crudo porque el pescado se nota que lo que hacen es descongelar en micro e hervir posteriormente y por encima tomaré solis, la ostia ... eso era vergonzo.. igual que la ensalada para dos qué cuesta hacer una ensalada con cariño y mimo..medio aguacate, medio de queso de Burgos ... la tarta de almendra, joer, el trocitin del de desayuno...? Pues métele una bola de vainilla una galleta arriba ...piensa esto realmente si lo tuviese que pagar lo haría con gusto? El pescado del dua anterior, medio filetito de lubina ojo vuelve a estar hervido, kas zamburiñas...hervidas y medio crudas por el medio ahí te ña juegas...las zamburiñas se marcan a la plancha... doy una puntuación alta porque hay que ver el conjunto, porque a mi me ha costado económico pero si me cuesta como esta ahora yo creo que hubiese hablado con el gerente... para subsanar ese error porque no lo pago,el precio de la cena.
