Hotel muy bien ubicado, correspondiente a su categoría, habitaciones pequeñas pero acogedoras, el desayuno algo escaso, es decir poca variedad pero el personal amable y correcto. Buena variedad de aceites en su menú. En general volveríamos a repetir

전체적으로 열악한 서비스! 가장 실망스러운. 우리는 더블 침대를 요청했고 방에는 2개의 싱글이 있었습니다. 우리는 그들을 함께 해달라고 요청했습니다. 불가능합니다! 우리는 방에 차 / 커피 시설을 요청했습니다. 불가능합니다. 우리는 파티오에서 가벼운 점심을 먹으라고 요청했습니다. 불가능합니다. 수영장 지역에는 서비스가 없으며 차, 커피, 음료 등이 없습니다. 수영장 지역은 제대로 관리되지 않습니다. 1층 화장실을 사용하려면 리셉션에서 코드를 요청해야 합니다. 이 사람들은 ”서비스”라는 개념이 0입니다.

방은 매우 작았고 침대의 크기는 조금 더 작았습니다. 침대 바로 위의 에어컨이 가득 차서 켜지지 않고 꺼지면 끔찍한 열이 나고 할 수 없습니다! :( 물을 넣고 상쾌하게 할 수 있는 슬픈 추위는 없습니다.

경사가 급한 지하 주차장이 있습니다. 호텔 방은 작지 않고 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 길 건너편에는 아침 식사를 할 수 있는 카페가 있습니다. 대성당과 호텔은 도보로 10분 이내의 거리에 있습니다.

Convenient location, great rooms, easy and free on site parking but : 9:45 and no more bread. See pictures of the fantastic selection. Breakfast finishes at 11. No manager on site. Nobody replacing him/her, so : nobody to complain to (except Tripadvisor). Lady at reception said they would bring bread down to the breakfast room but of course they never did (she just wanted me to get out of her face, I guess). Swimming pool closed. Tea but no coffee in the room. I was told If you want coffee you have to order it by calling room service. When you call room service, nobody picks up because there is only one person in charge at that time of the morning and that person is busy doing other things. Breakfast buffet has instant coffee sachets so why not put two in the room ? I asked them in the evening to put an Icepack in the freezer for me because I needed it to take care of a muscle injury in the morning. They gave it back to me at room temperature. NOT 4 star service. Who is in charge here ? Round up your staff and speak to them !

Wow! Walking into this hotel was like going into something from Hollywood in the 30s or 40s – sheer glamour! The entrance and public areas were just amazing, so beautiful, the domed ceiling made of stained glass was impressive, and the glass elevator a delight! The rooms were all of corridors on each floor that ran round the atrium, beautiful “window boxes” of greenery decorating them all, and you looked down on to a most attractive marble-patterned floor or up to the magnificent glass dome. We had a superior room, well worth the extra money. It was spacious, and, well, I think that magnificent is the word here too! Or perhaps splendid. A seating area with a sofa and an armchair, separated by a swathe of curtains from the sleeping area with a large comfortable bed, then a bay window area with another armchair, with a view across rooftops and a lot of greenery to hills planted with olive trees. Delightful! The bathroom was modern, with a spa bath. This was perhaps the only thing less than perfect, as there was no shower stall, you had to use the bath-tub, which was not good for standing without slipping. We solved this by putting a handtowel into the tub to stand on. Overall an excellent stay in a magnificent hotel.

Bei der Ankunft war ich etwas unsicher, ob ich im richtigen Hotel gelandet war. Der Name Twist war ziemlich verdeckt und wiederholte sich nicht. Ich erwartete einen ”Gasthof”, aber betrat eine Anlage mit Garten, Restaurant und großem Parkplatz. Auch das Zimmer war sehr groß mit zwei großen Einzelbetten. Die Beleuchtung war allerdings sparsam. Abends gab es das Menü für 11 Euro mit ”pan, vino y postre” . Die Qualität war durchschnittlich. Zum Frühstück hatte ich ein zuckriges Croissant. Es gab natürlich auch günstige Tostadas, aber kein Buffet. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Die Preise können stark schwanken. Meine €35,50 waren gut . 100 € erscheinen mir viel für ein Hotel, das doch einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck machte. Baujahr wohl 1995. Der Via Verde del Aceite (Radweg) passiert nicht weit weg.
