Fantastyczny hotel, wspaniałe śniadania, dodatkowo basen, jacuzzi, siłownia.

A really lovely little hostel is a great town location. The star were very friendly & helpful and showed me the facilities when  checked in. The room was small, but had everything I needed & the bed was comfortable & clean. A great stop stop for a night or two  :)

Emplacement idéal à l'orée du centre ville, avec parking à 2 pas. La demeure est magnifique, très bien entretenue, propre et bien décorée. Nous avions la suite NAVA Torreon avec Terrase : un pur bonheur. Le seul petit bémol c'est que le règlement par CB avec le lien envoyé quelques jours avant l'arrivée ne fonctionnait pas. sinon, tout est parfait : accueil sur RDV, literie confortable, cuisine récente. J'ai lu des mauvais commentaires sur le bruit : certes c'est une batisse historique sans double vitrage mais quand on veut loger en centre ville, il faut accepter le bruit ... Une paire de bouchons d'oreille et hop ! on dort comme un bébé. Nous espérons revenir l'an prochain dans la même suite ... nous nous prenions des des princes ! Merci

Our airline cancelled our flight from Tenerife South Airport at the last minute, and rerouted us via the North airport the next day and we had to very quickly book our own accommodation for the night. Booked through Bookings.com pretty much based on proximity to the airport as we had a very early flight the next day. After all the stress of the day the reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was massive and well equipped. We eat at the hotel and it was good and also very reasonable. Due to the early flight and the clocks going forward we were a little anxious that we would set our alarms incorrectly or they wouldn’t update overnight. The night receptionist said he would do a walk up call for us and also would have a grab bag for breakfast waiting for us, as well as organising a taxi. The call happened and the breakfast bag was waiting for us with the Taxi. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and made what was a very stressful time very pleasant, thank you.

이 호스텔은 정말 훌륭해요! 자원봉사자들은 매우 도움이 되고 항상 미소를 짓습니다. 건물 자체는 방이 여러 개 있는 큰 집입니다. 모두가 사용하기에 충분한 깨끗한 샤워실과 화장실이 총 4개 있습니다. 가장 좋은 곳은 거대한 테라스입니다. 정말 놀랍습니다. 꽃, 라운지, 바, 테이블, 운동 시설 등이 가득합니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있는데, 이는 제가 호스텔에서 먹어본 것 중 최고였습니다. 집에서 직접 만든 것들이 많고 종류도 다양합니다. 나는 아름다운 도시 라 라구나, 국립 공원 아나가, 수도인 산타 크루즈를 방문하고 싶거나 북쪽으로 비행기를 타야 하는 사람들에게 이 호스텔을 강력히 추천하고 싶습니다. (하지만 그 이상 머물지 않은 것을 후회하게 될 것이라고 믿습니다. 1박).

My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the penthouses and loved it! The view of the city, the mountains and the sea from the three balconies was just beautiful. The room is not only stylish and comfortable, but also has a fully equipped kitchen, which we always appreciate when travelling. There is a fairly large smart TV in the lounge but with this view we didn't even switch it on :) The location is good, it's a 15min walk to the centre of Santa Cruz and there is a tram stop 5min away which takes you to the main bus station and La Laguna, we will definitely be back on our next trip!

나와 내 파트너 David는 2016년 3월에 1주일 동안 Chalet Anagato에 머물렀습니다! 우리는 절대적으로 환상적인 시간을 보냈고 누구에게나 거기에 머물 것을 추천할 것입니다! 집은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했고 요리할 공간이 충분했습니다. 두 마리의 친절한 고양이가 있는 아름다운 정원. 우리는 3 박 동안 발코니 방에 머물렀고 둘 다 자신의 특전이있는 정원 방으로 옮겼습니다. 다른 손님과 공용 욕실이 있지만 항상 깨끗하고 존경스럽게 사용되었습니다. 소유자 Jesús Del lamo는 놀라운 호스트였으며 우리가 집에서 느끼도록 하고 필요한 모든 것을 도와주었습니다. 대부분의 아침에 그는 다른 손님이 요청하면 아침 식사를 만들었습니다. 그래서 전반적으로 환상적인 숙박 나는 과밀한 남부 리조트 중 하나에 있는 호텔 대신 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 북쪽이 멀기 때문에 차를 렌트하는 것이 좋지만 테네리페의 모든 것이 운전 거리 내에 있습니다. 테레자 & 데이비드

Lovely hostel in the city center. Everything in walking distance. Clean and friendly staff, but the rooms are in urgent need of renovation and the photos have nothing to do with the actual conditions. Difficult to sleep with frequent switching on the lights in the common areas, which shines through see through glass parts in the doors.

Located within walking distance from the port area, shops and restaurants. Sadly, we were disappointed with our rooms that were small and in need of updating, No pool view or balcony making the room feel smaller and dark. The pool is located within a beautiful well maintained garden. Lifeguard is present and provided guests with sun beds and towels. We were half board, breakfast was limited but sufficient. Evening meal was disappointing, limited options for children and small portions. We eat out several evenings and occasionally ordered food to the hotel. Santa Cruz is a lovely place to visit with friendly locals who are keen to engage with tourists.
