My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. We had booked two rooms for a two day stay to attend a concert. The first room was ok, except for the smell of tobacco. It was also missing a plug so the bathtub was useless. The second room was filthy. Plenty of dust and grime on the walls several places, but that I could have accepted had it not been for the floor. The entire room was carpeted and on one side of the bed it was soaking wet. It stayed wet for our stay, even after maintenance checked it out. My husband accidentally stepped in it and his white sock turned brown. They also used some sort of perfume in the rooms and the hallways, which were nauseating. The food was edible. Pretty flavorless and bland. We ordered a charcuterie board and the sliced cheese had dried edges. The bread was also extremely dry, like cut to days ago and left on the counter. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes and eggs were good, but the rest wasn't much to write home about. Overall a very disappointing experience. Except the lobby and the staff. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff was extremely pleasant.

Bien situé, très calme et correct niveau tranquillité, le lit qui est sensé être pour 2 mais impossible de dormir sans se serrer. L’accueil a tendance à ignorer, le personnel de chambre est très poli ainsi que celui présent en salle de repas.

Good rooms, friendly service. Ok bar. Decent breakfast. Drinks are expensive. A premium just for the location. Location is a 45 min ride from main train station. One change. You can buy a 24hr ticket for 3.60 EUR Strikes me as less useful if you want to visit the city and be close to things.
