During our stay of 3 nights in this hotel, we realised how important it was to have a staff that was always there to help whenever we encountered any issues. Once our room had an issue on a leaking shower, we really appreciated the hotel staff Samuel’s immediate assistance in changing the room for us. Another occasion was that we encountered the problem of power failure in our room (probably due to short circuit), Samuel was there again, helping us to fix the problem at once. We understand that anything can happen during our stay, however it means a lot to customers how the staff tackles the issues. We could feel that Samuel had put himself in our shoes and tried to do whatever he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Samuel, for his professionalism, sincerity, patience, sense of humour, and his assistance all along. Merci beaucoup!

Hotel was actually quite nice, the rooms where spacious and it felt contemporary. However, the room was simply not clean. There was a lot of dust everywhere, the shower screen on the bath had scum and stains, all the silicone around the bath was yellow, there was a hair on my bed… just not clean. Also, the pillow was like a joke - a tiny this square pillow! When I entered the room and saw that I though they’d forgotten to put pillows on the bed, imagine! I called reception to ask for a different pillow and thankfully the receptionist was very kind and helpful, and she got me a much nicer one. The hotel staff was very nice (receptionists etc) but the cleanliness of the room really spoiled my stay. This is a 4* hotel, simply not acceptable.

Excellent as always, spacious rooms, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, lots of parking space, unique decor (airport) and easu acces to motorways and the towncenter. Never been disapointed, when in need of something just ask the front desk. Never (over)crowded, always easy to check in, if you need something to eat or to drink just walk out side and within 100m you have everything you need. Keep it, happy to have discovered you.

J’ai séjourné une nuit dans ce taudis. Cet hôtel est vieillissant et aurait besoin d’un gros coup de frais ! La chambre n’était vraiment pas propre, les draps jaune, la salle de bains à l’image du reste. La lunette des toilettes plus que jaunie par l’urine sans parler de la douche avec du gel douche et de la crasse. C’est un cauchemar quand on aime la propreté !

Agréable, malgré le manque d'ascenseur et de climatisation dans les chambres. Du personnel agréable qui fait oublier ces détails par leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet établissement pour le personnel qui saura être à vos petits soins. Un agréable séjour de passé au Kyriad de Mons en Baroeul.

포뮬러 원 호텔에 머무는 것은 이번이 두 번째입니다. 우리는 Lille Métropole이 깨끗하다는 것을 알았고 호텔 주변 지역은 밤에도 안전하다고 느꼈고 지하철이 호텔에서 도보로 불과 5분 거리에 있기 때문에 Lille 중심으로의 접근은 간단했습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 좋은 가치와 즐거운 아침 식사 상자와 무료 보안 게이트 주차가 추가 혜택이었습니다. 우리는 확실히이 특정 호텔에 다시 머물 것입니다.
