A run-down hotel that lacks of essential services and has incompetent and unfriendly staff. Room service did basically not exist. No refill of coffee or tea. Used cups were removed but no new cups were provided. When I asked at reception, I was only told that this is standard as guests are supposed to use their cups for the entire stay. When I pointed out that I didn't have any cups in the room anymore, they didn't have an answer how I should drink my hot beverages. Also, the garbage bin was not emptied. I could continue the list of shortcomings here. I think it's fair to say that this is the worst room service I have ever experienced at any hotel. The reception staff was extremely unfriendly when I complained. As mentioned before, they came up with ridiculous explanations and were not at all helpful, not in any way. The reception staff had communicated with their manager as part of the complaint. But when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager is not available to speak to me. What a disappointing response. Well, if you want to have a nice experience in Roubaix, do avoid this run-down hotel at any means. Their service is incredibly bad and certainly not worth the prices they ask for.

Staff lovely and despite not having hot water in our room we’d be more than happy to stay here again. Particular thank you to Yasmine and her colleague in the kitchen / dining area in the mornings. They were helpful, friendly and always smiling.

Un ancien campanile. Vieillissant. Fait un peu glauque quand même. Personnel gentil. Bruyant surtout du côté petite place. Car squatte une bonne partie de la nuit. Chauffage non fonctionnel. Sèche cheveux idem. Literie faut aimer matelas très mou. Premier matin petit déjeuner à 8h30, 3 croissant tout petit se battent en duel. Le jus d’orange c’était du jus de pomme. 2eme matin la salle était pleine et les croissants de taille normal et en quantité suffisante mais tjr du jus de pomme à la place du jus d’orange.

Très suffisant pour un déplacement professionnel, et surtout très bon rapport qualité-prix. Pour un autre type de séjour, peut-être trop léger : décoration assez inexistante, juste le strict nécessaire. Je déplore tout de même l'absence d'un café/thé d'accueil avec la bouilloire électrique à disposition dans la chambre (seules deux doses hydroalcooliques vous attendent sur le bureau). Sinon la douche est pratique et une nouvelle fois sans esthétisme particulier. En points très positifs donc : l'emplacement immédiat gare, le calme (les trains ne s'entendent pas beaucoup), la sympathie ++ du personnel notamment au petit déjeuner (agréable de commencer la journée avec des sourires).

Hôtel bien situé, super bon accueil par la réceptionniste aux cheveux blonds , il y a un bar ouvert jusqu’à 1 h ,le calme est garanti pour la nuit. Lit de 1,60 bien confortable et bons oreillers. La douche est pratique et très confortable. On a décidé que ce serait notre point de chute à Tourcoing .

우리는 역에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있는 이 호텔에서 환승으로 밤을 보냈습니다. 가격이 매우 저렴하기 때문에 높은 성능을 기대하지는 않지만 최소한의 것은 방의 기능적인 욕실, 편안한 침대, 깨끗한 방입니다. 방의 절반이 매우 빈번한 대로 가장자리에 있기 때문에 유일한 bemol은 소음입니다.

Super freundlicher Empfang und Service! Statt unser Gepäck aufzubewahren, durften wir schon früher einchecken und auch ein Frühstück wurde außerhalb der üblichen Zeiten ermöglicht. Dazu ein schöner Ausblick und nur 30 m zum Bahnhof für die Weiterreise...perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It's a clean and nice hotel apartment. The only downside was, you could hear very loud music coming from the outside. I am not sure if it was a one time event or a nightclub next door. Other then that location is fine, there is a building with some restaurants next door and the hotel is clean and staff are friendly.
