Staff are all very pleasant and helpfull. Dinner was very good, very good red housewine? Very good value for money. The building itself has seen better days and needs some refurbishment in and outside, therefore an average rating.

Stayed here whilst travelling home from the Alps, we normally stay in Villefranche (which is a very nice town) and unfortunately the hotel we normally stay in was full so we had to stay here. Sadly this is a contender for one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The parking is in an extremely cramped underground car park and if you have a large car you will find it very difficult to park. When we arrived at reception rooms had not already been assigned to us and the receptionist took ages to check us in and give us our keys. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are so small that you can barely move and certainly not reflective of the photos on the website. Given the price (nearly €100 a night) this was very disappointing. When we arrived for breakfast which was supposed to be available from 7am which we needed as we needed to leave for onward travel we found it was not ready and we needed to wait another 15 minutes for staff to have it prepared. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Chambre, restauration, petit dej très bien Central et en prime une petite piscine sur la toit. Seul bémol le parking pensez à le réserver Personnel à l’écoute et agréable . Un bon plan sur le secteur, proche de l’autoroute sans nuisance sonore

Dit hotel was net nieuw. We hadden een 3-persoonskamer die groter was dan ik had verwacht. Leuk ingericht en voor slechts 50 euro. Ontbijt was prima. Het voordeel was ook dat de parking bewaakt was dus je kon met gerust hart je koffers in de auto laten.

Nous avons eu plusieurs interlocuteurs par téléphone, tous très bienveillants et arrangeants. L'arrivée autonome le soir est très facile. Chambres petites et salle d'eau minimaliste, suffisant pour une nuit en transit Petit-déj très bien

L'hôtel se trouve à proximité de la sortie d'autoroute. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible pour sa clientèle. Nous étions deux adultes et un enfant de 9 ans. A notre arrivée, notre chambre n'était pas prête. La réceptionniste a fait tout son possible pour trouver une chambre disponible et elle a réussi. La chambre et la salle de bain sont fonctionnelles et propres. La literie est de bonne qualité. Un restaurant Courtepaille” est présent dans l'établissement. Le petit-déjeuner est à l'image de l'enseigne. Le rapport qualité/pris est très bon. Je recommande cet hôtel.
