Booked this hotel a week before for 26th night. Upon arrival I was told the the booking has been cancelled due to overbooking. My question was how come no one contacted me, besides, even even using agents, there should be a system in place to avoid that. All I was told was to look for another hotel with no remorse. The fact that it was not my mistake, I would have expected Oyo to find alternative accommodation for me. I asked this several times, but the ladies at Oyo customer service were worse. It was like reading a rehearsed script. I ended up paying times 3 the price, for a night somewhere, which wouldn't have been the case, had they informed me earlier. I spent hours trying to sort out where to stay last minute. I highly doubt that I will ever go book this hotel, no morals, possibly cancelled for higher pay. Remember, money is not everything. Be mindful beforebooking, it could happen to you.

We only went in for a drink and food, so I can't rate the rooms (we did stay years ago and everything was fine). Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was gorgeous, generous portions and so reasonably priced. I had scampi and there were about 14 pieces and all for under £10! We love this pub before gigs at Wembley, though my older friends dread the hill 😆

Hellow Folks Im back with a review for this 3 star rated hotel. Stayed here with a friend. Straight up, I will say, its not a hotel. Its a house...clearly looks like it was a HMO or something similar previously that has not been converted to a hotel. Stayed here 2 nights. Firstly, no one answered the door for a good 7-8 mins...yes, there was a chill in the air! Not nice to be left waiting outside. Nor did anyone answer the smart doorbell... or should I say Not so smart! When we did eventually enter, there was no apology to have kept us waiting. Corridor's smelt funny and musty and so did the room. The bathroom was the worst! I did mention this to reception (which is mostly unmanned by the way) and advised that I was going out to grab a bite to eat if the smell could be investigated or request a room change! I was advised that there were no spare rooms and the smell would be looked into Upon return, the person I had spoken to 1 and a half hours ago... was no longer there. And the person that had taken over...clearly didnt have a handover. After explaining again, the room was changed albeit very begrudgingly and alot of shaking of the head! The new room was far better and more spacious, even though it was a smaller size! Night one went well as the mattress is comfy. However the room clean up the next day.... was well below any hotel standard! Went out for breakfast, came back, Bed was done....sheets not changed. Left used coffee mugs in the sink... not washed! Used towels in the bathroom...not replaced! At least the coffee sachets were replenished. The shower is good I will give them that! Good pressure and temperature control. For those of you that would have read any of my previous reviews, you will know I like a shower with good water pressure!! 😁 Check out is simple...leave the key in the room or at the unmanned reception! (Make a slight effort and find them before you leave...hand the keys to them in person!) Anyway, over to the ratings: Room cleanliness: 3/5 It would have scored a 4 if they would have changed the sheets, provided new towels and at least washed the mugs Location 5/5 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium and the Wembley Outlet Shopping Centre Value for Money: 2/5 Service 1/5 Total letdown and poor attitude. Breakfast - Not an option Overall Rating: 2/5 Dont waste your money, spend a bit more and go to a proper hotel!

호텔 서비스가 매우 좋습니다 호텔에 일찍 도착해서 카운터에 체크인 가능 여부를 물었습니다 체크인 후 캐리어를 내려놓고 일찍 런던 디자이너 아울렛에서 쇼핑을 할 수 있었습니다. 시설은 인정합니다. 서비스: 아주 좋아요 우편 주소를 물어봤는데 웨이터가 가장 가까운 우편 주소를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 우편 서비스의 가장 빠른 시간을 검색하는 데 도움을 많이 주었습니다👍👍👍 위치: 런던 디자이너 아울렛과 매우 가깝고 모퉁이만 돌면 도보로 약 5분 거리에 있습니다. 방: 시설은 괜찮습니다 😊 샤워기: 약간은 우주캡슐 같지만 괜찮아 아침식사 : 다양한 종류의 음식이 있고 비슷한 호텔보다 선택의 폭이 좋습니다👍😋

영국에서는 샤워기의 수력이 구조가 안되는데 이 호텔은 샤워기의 수력이 아주 좋습니다. 방에있는 fi는 컴퓨터를 보면서 절약할 수 없습니다. 일반적으로 이메일 확인은 괜찮지만 wifi를 매우 원활하게 사용하려면 지하 로비로 이동해야 합니다. 10/10일 밤에 wifi를 사용하기 위해 로비에 갔다 11. 대학에서 일하시는 두 선배님이 참을성 있게 도와주셨어요. 제 영어 실력이 좋지 않습니다. 여러분, 다른 청년도 도와줬습니다. 대단히 감사합니다. 호텔은 새 호텔은 아니지만 오래된 호텔입니다. 호텔이지만 큰 방 웨이터는 매우 친절하고 도움이되며 가격은 괜찮습니다.

1. 호텔 체크인 지침은 우편함 옆 쓰레기통에 보관되며, 이 문제를 겪는 사람은 우리뿐만이 아닙니다. 따라서 체크인 전날에는 반드시 우편함 속 쓰레기통을 확인하시기 바랍니다. 2. 아파트 주변 지역은 코스타 카페, 다양한 규모의 슈퍼마켓, 길거리 패스트푸드 레스토랑이 모두 매우 가깝습니다. 3. 호텔에는 주차장이 있으나 예약 시 선택할 수 없으므로 하루 전에 이메일로 호텔에 연락하셔야 합니다. 주차 공간을 예약하고 주차 요금을 지불하신 후 출입 방법을 안내해 드립니다. 주차장. 4. 아파트에는 출입구가 2개이므로 어느 방을 예약했는지 주의가 필요합니다. 아파트 번호가 더 작은 입구는 버스 정류장 옆의 높은 도로에 있습니다. 아파트 번호가 큰 입구는 작은 도로 입구에 있습니다. 5. 관리직원과 전화번호가 전혀 연결되지 않으니 전화로 연락을 시도하지 마세요. 그러나 그들은 이메일에 매우 빠르게 응답합니다.

우리는 웸블리에서 열리는 챌린지 컵 결승전을 보러 왔는데, 힐튼 호텔은 우리 방문에 딱 맞는 장소였습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 우리는 놀라운 숙박을 보냈습니다. 직원, 시설과 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 우리 방은 넓고 흠 하나 없이 깨끗했습니다. 확실히 추천하고 앞으로 돌아올 것입니다.
