Went to that Hand and Spear as couldnt get into the Oatlands manor till following night - The Hand and Spear was better ! , we arrived at around 7 , restaurant /reception was busy as its a pub with rooms so had to wait until someone was available to check us in but only a few minutes . we stayed in room 9. Its a bit quirky but has everything needed and was really quiet despite the christmas parties in the pub . Really good value and would recomend it , we didnt eat in the pub but food certainly looked good .

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I just cannot fault the service. Esther on reception was so helpful and even brought a little cuddly toy up to the room for my two year old daughter. The travel cot I had pre-ordered was already in the room when we arrived and we were given a lovely big room that the three of us could enjoy without being on top of each other. The room was spotlessly clean and all the cleaning staff were so friendly in the morning. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent (again a high chair was ready and waiting for us when we arrived) and whilst the breakfast is a buffet, it is a good selection and high quality. The only small thing I would suggest is that the quality of the coffee is improved and that all coffees are included in the breakfast as paying extra for a 'speciality coffee' is not really in-keeping with a hotel of this standard.

호텔의 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 기차를 타고 weybridge로 가면 기차역 밖에 호텔 근처에 버스가 있습니다. 도보하면 호텔에서 2.1km 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔의 저녁 식사는 매우 맛있고 아침 식사는 더 일반적입니다. 호텔 레스토랑 서비스는 매우 좋지만 프론트 데스크 서비스는 일반적입니다. 호텔은 개조되었으며 더 고급스럽지 만 객실, 특히 욕실 디자인에는 여전히 결함이 있으며 실용적이지 않습니다. 여름철 호텔 주변 환경은 매우 아름답습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 여전히 좋습니다.

We booked to stay, as we were attending a 60th Birthday party at the Hotel. We booked and paid online so checking was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very spacious with a large king size bed. Which was extremely comfortable! We were impressed with the newly renovated bathroom, with lovely soft fluffy towels. The room has all the amenities that we needed ie iron, hairdryer and extra pillows. We booked a room with breakfast - which was excellent and was available till 10.30 which was great. A good array of hot food included quality sausages and bacon. All the breakfast staff were very helpful and genuinely cheerful, as were the reception staff and the bar staff and food servers at the evening function. We really enjoyed our stay.

Shower had no pressure and not very hot . Room cold no heating. Bedding was only sheet when we ask for a duvet was given a sheet to keep warm . Plus they only had one bath towel for a couple. Won’t be staying here again . Very disappointed with noise early in morning

The Bridge is well situated on the river and close to the M25 and Heathrow Airport. Rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Amelia was ever present and really hard working and the hotel manages to attract a good level of local custom in the restaurant so does not suffer from the soulless atmosphere of so many hotels. The full English breakfast is top quality !

절대적으로 화려한 호텔!! 나와 내 남자 친구는 주로 Thorpe 공원에 머물렀고 놀라운 위치였습니다. 공원에서 4분! 완벽한 음식을 제공하는 멋진 펍에 연결된 멋진 호텔입니다! 우리는 기념일을 위해 내려와 술집에서 먹기로 결정했습니다. 그만한 가치가있었습니다! 밖에 앉거나 담배를 피우고 싶다면 히터가 있는 멋진 외부 공간이 있습니다! Dave와 Emily는 서비스가 다른 것과는 다릅니다! 우리는 방의 AC에 문제가 있었고 우리가 영화관에 밖에있을 때 2 시간 이내에 수정되었습니다! 그들은 바의 고객과 호텔에 머무르는 고객을 돌보는 모든 것을합니다! 나는 우리의 체류를 전혀 잘못 할 수 없습니다! 우리는 확실히 돌아와서 사람들에게 그것이 얼마나 훌륭하고 thorpe 공원과 얼마나 가까운지 말할 것입니다! 가격도 좋았어요! 나는 떠나고 싶지도 않았다. 나는 그곳에서 멋진 며칠을 보냈다. 정말 고맙습니다
