환상적인 경험 객실은 완벽했고 직원과 관리는 훌륭했습니다. 큰 작업에 대한 질문에 대답하지 않았습니다. 우리는 1월에 다시 갈 계획입니다. 매초 사랑하면 장소에서 날개와 스테이크 샌드위치를 적극 추천하고 스파에서 마사지를 적극 권장합니다. 그 후 최고의 10시간 잠을 잤습니다.

My wife & I stayed three nights. This was our third visit to Knock. Very enjoyable again and thanks to Stephen Rogers manager for giving us a refurbished room 119. Walk-in bathroom nicely decorated but only concern was the shower wasn’t powerful enough. Accommodation increased the valve but it only improved it a little which overall was a bit of a shame. The most important part of the show should be the power. The dinner package we had was 10/10. Nice plenty of shoulder of lamb absolutely delicious and next day big portions of Irish beef thick cut and very tasty. Full marks and highly recommend was the waitress Anne. Very polite paid real attention and customer service 10/10. We will be back again and next time will bring our young adult son and daughter. Attended the old church mass and baslisca on Sunday. The cafe which is 5-7 mins from the basilica serves delicious cakes with cream and ice cream.

Stayed here for 3 nights. What a diaster. 8 couples not provided with rooms as requested. Staff not very helpful. Management said it was impossible to accommodate the 8 couples with rooms with walk-in shower as hotel was full. Large group leaving next morning and rooms would be available, but we would have to stay in the rooms allocated for 1 night. Not at all convenient. Large room, no charge point for phones, no toilet roll holder and no towel holder. Bed comfortable. Moved next morning. Some staff on duty at reception need to go to smile college. Again not as helpful as they could have been. 2nd room large n spacious. Would you believe there were 6 charging points for phones but still no towel or toilet roll holder. Where did you get 4 * from as not up to that standard. Bar staff run off there feet as there was only one on duty, brandy served in small glass, not a goblet, that’s not up to 4* . Goblets were sitting next to optics. Maybe bar staff should go back to school to find out what glass is for what drink. Food good n restaurant staff pleasant, especially Anna, who wasn’t on duty when we left although we had spoken to supervisor of restaurant to let her know about the service we received from this young lady. Won’t be staying again as the right hand doesn’t know what the left one is doing.

토요일 밤을 위해 전화로 예약 한 호텔은 한 달 전 목요일 밤에 예약을했습니다. 나는 전에이 문제를 만난 적이 없기 때문에 확인에이 세부 사항을 발견하지 못했습니다. 출장에서 돌아오는 동안 한 달 전 목요일 밤에 체크인을 하는지 묻는 전화를 받고 확인서가 보내졌지만 출장으로 인해 놓쳤습니다. 이 엉망진창 이후 다음 토요일에 나는 숙박 시설(영국 친척의 매장을 위해)을 확인하기 위해 전화를 걸었고 호텔은 이제 그 밤에 완전히 예약되었다고 알려 주었습니다. 그러나 방이 있었고 검토하고 다시 전화 할 것입니다. 이메일을 따랐습니다. 나는 피드백을받지 못했고 숙박 시설이 필요하기 2주 전에 전화를 걸어 관리자로부터 절대적으로 끔찍한 응답을 받았습니다. 내 카드를 인출하겠다고 위협했고 그녀는 내 카드가 인출을 시도했지만 거부되었다고 말했습니다. 또한 호텔이 모든 것을 알고 있었기 때문에 무슨 일이 일어났는지 논의할 필요가 없다고 말했습니다. 여행을 해야 할 때 다른 것을 알아낼 수 있기를 바랍니다. 그러나 평생 동안 나는 그런 끔찍한 의사 소통을 경험한 적이 없습니다. 실수는 있지만 소유하고 있습니다. 확인을 확인했어야 했지만 잘못된 날짜에 입력한 것은 책임이 없습니다. 호텔에서 이 일을 했습니다.

We decided to visit family in the Mayo area so we decided to stay at The Ellison. We were told by a few friends that it is a fabulous hotel and they weren’t wrong. We checked in and we were given room 202. It was close to the lift as requested due to my mobility problems. The room was spacious and fresh with everything we needed for our stay. And the bathroom actually had a bath, heaven! Parking was both in the hotel car park and in a multi-storey car Park with plenty of disabled spots available. We did not have time to eat in the hotel however just across the road from the hotel you will find plenty of places to eat in our take out. Hotel staff were both friendly and professional. A fabulous hotel, we will most certainly be back.
