Old Airline Guesthouse는 훌륭한 가치를 지닌 매우 멋진 게스트하우스입니다. 아이슬란드에서 가장 장엄한 두 곳인 Vatnajökull Glacier/Iceberg Lagoon과 Hvalnes 자연 보호 구역 사이에 전략적으로 위치해 있습니다. Old Airline Guesthouse 소유자이자 호스트 Sigga는 절대적으로 훌륭했습니다. 아내와 나는 Hofn 베이 지역이 내려다 보이는 전망이있는 작지만 멋진 방을 가지고있었습니다. 후원자는 위층 공용 공간에서 비슷한 전망을 즐길 수도 있습니다. 현지 상점과 레스토랑이 도보 거리에 있습니다. 유럽식 아침 식사가 숙박에 포함되어 있습니다. 게스트하우스이기 때문에 욕실을 공유합니다. 그 외에는 Old Airline Guesthouse가 정말 머물 가치가 있는 보석입니다.

이곳의 시설은 매우 완벽하고 여행과 숙박에 오는 사람들이 더 많고 아침 식사가 매우 풍부하고 환경이 훌륭합니다.

250€ a night and the rooms are completely HORRIBLE, small, depressing, smells, awful shower, just the worst one in Iceland. The food at the restaurant is overpriced and gross. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was so dark and dingy. Staff at breakfast is hostile by the way, be careful.. Hotel Geysir charges 70€ more than this place and you get to experience luxury and premium accomodation. While Hotel Höfn would not even rank as a roadside MOTEL in my experience. Charging almost the same price of a premium hotel when really this place should be no more than 150€ a night. These people need to get down to earth, their hotel ain't all that. Stay somewhere else if you can...

I liked several things about this ”guesthouse”: ＞ Netflix is available on the TV ! ＞ Very Hot Water is available from the sinks and showers; just give it time to warm up. ＞ Robust WiFi signal in my room. ＞ Decent sized dinner - I had the lamb, potatoes, diced veggies and red cabbage. The breakfast buffet was tasty, though they ran out of oatmeal and declined to make more.

1.) This is NOT a 3 star hotel. The accommodations are very meager. 2.) The staff did NOT warn us about the Sandflies in the area upon check in. By midnight, our room was infested with these bugs that bite and itch. We had to leave in the middle of the night to make our return to Reykjavik to escape this situation. 3.) There was a bunch of horse dung outside our window as well that was disgusting and likely exasperated the sand fly problem. I emailed the owners and never heard a response.

Good direction instructions. Chalet type quality building better than average but not luxurious - in isolated nature location with expansive views. Main benefit in winter is night-over location for next day visit to Hofn & Jokulsarlon glacier. Location easily accessed off A1 main road route. Only a 6/10 as a value proposition , lack of even a basic breakfast purchase option. A yogurt,fruit & croissant or sandwich via vending machine or breakfast box would add value. No amenities closeby. Note: If coming from Southwest last eatery on A1 is about 63km before residence. An hour to the East most Hofn restaurants closed for winter. Lock box entrance process efficient. Second floor apartment accessed by metal stairs. Three roof covered parking spaces utilized by three lower floor residents.No problem with parking on lot. Big wooden deck on upper floor for two available rooms. Larger third abode was cordoned off. Perhaps the latter abode has a hot tub but none was visible on site. Room was very warm on entrance. Comfortable bed. Request for not walking in shoes inside wood floored room. After seeing a tourist enter a shop in clampons I fully understand the need. A shoe rack though would be a welcome addition in winter. Bathroom and toilet combined. Ventilation is via small window. Electricity socket each side of bed. No usb outlets.So bring your own suitable plug. Good quality internet:53mbsdownload, 41 upload.TV was not programmed but Netflix/Disney was accessible. Wine opener Kettle & drinking crockery/cafetière. & coffee,tea,sugar is provided. No microwave or cooking possibilities. Security cameras very small, discreet and intrusive - directed straight into room windows! Overall location a benefit but need to have dined and breakfast groceries pre-purchased.

Appartamento fantastico, spazioso, molto ben arredato, dotato anche di un televisore abbastanza grande, cucina ad induzione piano cucina e zona living molto ampia, doccia molto spaziosa due lavandini per non costringere chi prenota a fare i turni per utilizzare il bagno, a pochi passi da una pizzeria ed un ristorante con posto auto sotto, consigliato vivamente

아파트의 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 정문은 바다를 향하고 있습니다 🌊, 열쇠 🔑는 문에 있습니다. 1 층 입구에 무전기가 있습니다. 여기에서 3 인실 입구를 물어볼 수 있습니다. 집 뒤에 주차 할 수 있습니다. 문 앞에 주차장도 있습니다. 아파트 주방 용품은 매우 깨끗하고 방은 6 명을 수용 할 수 있으며 방은 매우 따뜻합니다. 세면 도구가 없으므로 직접 가져와야합니다. 아파트는 길 건너편에있는 레스토랑 해산물 🦞 맛이 좋습니다.

호텔은 마을 입구 주유소 옆에 위치하고 있으며 객실은 심플하고 깨끗합니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓과 다양한 수공예품 상점이 있습니다. 특히 마을의 레스토랑은 랍스터를 먹는 것을 추천합니다. 각각 고유 한 특성이 있습니다. 요컨대, 도시에서 이틀 동안 살 가치가 있습니다.

Very disappointing stay in June 2023. We were supposed to stay for two nights but left after only one. Our room was very clean and had a lot of storage space but as we laid down to go to sleep we noticed a large patch of black mold way up in a corner of the ceiling. We tried to switch rooms then but the hotel was full. My daughter and I both have a severe mold allergy and in the morning we were both symptomatic. After breakfast I noticed paint marks on the ceiling where someone had previously tried to cover up the mold. Looking outside we saw a massive hole in the roof right over our room that could let even more water in. The breakfast hostess and manager were both very kind and apologetic. They said they knew about the issue and offered to let us change our room. Knowing that there was such a significant problem with one room made us skeptical about the other rooms and we decided to leave. It also left a bad taste in our mouths that the owner would rather cover up a health hazard instead of fixing it. In short, this hotel needs some repairs. If you can avoid room 116 you’ll probably have an ok stay. Other than the mold we didn’t have an issue with service, cleanliness, breakfast, or noise.
