This is a rustic classic Italian house which looks nothing special rom the outside but is vert homely inside with lovey old Italian dark furniture. The bedrooms are a good size with nice bathrooms. There is free parking inside the court yard which is locked and secure at night. A good breakfast with lots of choices. The beds comfortable and there is tea and coffee facilities in the room. The receptionist (Owner) very helpful and friendly. There is a 5 minute walk to the station to take you into Venice centre - via a very smelly underpass.
Stayed here with my son for 2 nights getting there about 5pm we did not have 3rd Covid Jab so they were reluctant to let us stay sent us to a local pharmacy for a test they rang Hotel to advise they only had a certain test which Hotel did not accept eventually relented and let us stay providing we did not go in restaurant no cheaper price or bringing some breakfast next day which would have been appreciated as we had to go under the underpass to the only take away shop we could find passing all the drug ******* whether it was 7am or 10pm not nice at all, staff very snappy with me when I asked her to come up to room to check lock if you need a key to get in then you presume that you need to use key to lock door apparently when door is shut from inside no one outside can open unless they have a key, small room adequate clean sheets towels (hard) overlooking flat roof , very handy to bus station which takes you to train station easy to go to Venice
Buon Hotel a Marghera molto comodo per raggiungere Venezia con autobus pubblico in venti minuti. Camere discretamente pulite e di buona metratura, colazione varia e prezzi veramente economici. Da consigliare.
Staff very helpful. Very clean. Sharing a bathroom was a bit of a challenge with 6 people and 5 women. Similar to a hostel feel good for 1 or 2 nights not sure I’d take a family/seniors for several days. Kitchen available with coffee a nice touch. Take time to learn how to use the bus and tram it’s super helpful.
This hotel could easily get five stars from us. Good location. There is a bus line, line 6, which is located close to the hotel and which runs every 20 minutes, which takes you from the hotel and brings you back for 20min. The price of the stay is significantly lower from the hotel prices in Venice. The hotel is also designed in a modern design and is new - as opposed to the Venetian style, for those of you that it matters. The rooms are spacious and pleasant overall, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff provide excellent service, truly exceptional service. Especially Nicoletta, a constant smile, service given with joy, out of care - Nicoletta gets six stars. The service of the reception staff is also excellent, and in general the service of the staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Overall a good hotel. But what? If you need an extra pillow or blanket - none available. The children were given a double blanket and when we asked for another blanket they said it was not possible because there are currently no maids (we arrived around 10pm). The same goes for additional pillows that we asked for and did not receive throughout our stay (4 nights). The hotel has rooms that are connected by a door - so it is very suitable and convenient for families. We asked for one room with a double bed and one room with separate beds, when we arrived at night, we got two rooms with a double bed arrangement. There are no double beds in the hotel (at least we didn't get one) single beds are connected with a sheet, who cares. Likewise, the doors of the connected rooms - not only could they not be locked to allow parents privacy, they also could not be closed. They left them for us with the closing tab open - so it was impossible to close the doors. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom is really dangerous, there is no support for getting out of it - and getting out of it is challenging. Specifically in this bathroom - the emergency line does not work... if you have difficulty walking and moving - ask for a room with a shower, not a bathtub. I think a hotel needs very little effort - to become an excellent hotel. Greater attention to detail and a greater supply of blankets and pillows.
