I have stayed in this hotel twice, 2023 and 2024. The rooms are amazing, the pool on the 20th floor is stunning. The staff are 2nd to none. Shout out to Nargiza (reception) and Sami (outlet) True assets to both the hotel and the service industry, thank you for looking after me during my stay in Doha.

Excellent hotel in Doha. Huge, spacious rooms and easy access to the Place Vendome mall. The rooms have everything you need, perfect for families or work. I had my colleagues over and we planned some work in the living area and it really felt like a great 1 bedroom apartment! The only let down was that the breakfast was shockingly poor. The service was extremely slow and options weren’t great. I would highly recommend to cook your own breakfast or head to the mall for much better service. The tables in the breakfast/restaurant are all wobbly too.

Travelled to Doha with my family to attend the Asian Cup final. The city was fully booked and when i checked in turns out i booked the wrong days. Chadi at reception was so emphatic and helpful and got us upgraded and fixed the issue. Going over and above to get our issue sorted he really took away the stress of my own mistake. Thank you Chadi and Staybridge Management you got my loyalty in Doha whenever i visit.

시설과 위생이 완벽하고 모든 것이 새롭고 스마트합니다. 가장 마음에 드는 점은 객실에 아로마테라피 머신이 있어서 매일 좋아하는 향기를 선택할 수 있다는 점이에요. 비수기라 그런지 호텔에 손님이 많지 않습니다. 제가 머물렀던 며칠 동안 기본적으로 아침 식사를 하는 사람이 없었습니다. 레스토랑의 서비스도 매우 좋았고, 아침 식사로 제공되는 바나나 케이크도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 인상적인. 유일한 단점은 룸서비스가 부족하고 응급상황 대처 능력이 떨어진다는 점인데, 아마도 새 호텔 때문이 아닐까요?

프론트 데스크는 매우 느리고 방은 크지 않으며 시설은 비교적 새롭지 만 뜨거운 물은 뜨겁고 차갑습니다. 때로는 목욕이 뜨겁게 느껴집니다. 물 온도가 갑자기 높아지고 불안정합니다! 유일한 장점은 쇼핑몰과 매우 가깝고 쇼핑하기 편리하며 쇼핑몰의 밀크티 가게가 특히 좋습니다!

최고의 호텔. 가격 품질. 전체적으로 고급스럽고 세심한 배려가 느껴집니다. 스마트 시스템을 갖춘 화장실과 욕실부터 커튼까지 모든 것이 가장 작은 세부 사항까지 고려되었습니다. 10점 만점에 10점 모두에게 추천합니다. 후회하지 않으실 겁니다.

I had a 10 days staying with Velero hotel lusail with job purpose. All over the world I had get many experiences but with velero hotel stuff it was a memorable experience with their friendly attitude and personal service.
