Following the ******* advice, I booked Kame hotel for all my 3 trips in May-June. I made these reservations about a month before my first trip. Before the first trip I found that it is virtually impossible to communicate with the hotel. I send 4 emails concerning possible shuttle bus service from the airport to the Kame hotel. Only the last one was answered. They convinced me that I would be met at the airport, but in fact nobody was there to meet. At the hotel I found that practically nobody can speak English and the main language used in the hotel is Chinese. At the reception they refused to help me to get a taxi for my way to the airport. My second booking, which was made more than one month before my second flight, was simply canceled and I got a message about this at the last moment, on the night before my second flight to Belgrade. This put me in a very difficult situation. They proposed to give me a half price reduction on my next booking. When I asked them to confirm that this can be applied for my last third booking they simply did not answer. A week later, I received information from ******* that my third booking was canceled as well by the Kame hotel without any explanation of the reason. I found Kame hotel very unfriendly and totally unreliable. Never use it if you do not want problems similar to mine. And I simply wonder how at all this terrible hotel got quite positive response in *******.

We’ve been here 3 times and this was the absolute last time! It’s so dirty in the rooms, there’s a weird smell and if you want to get an extra pillow from the broken closet you will find clothes from previous guests.. there’s stains on the couch, carpet, curtains, walls etc and also cracks in the walls.. the pools have so cold water, some of the pools are breaking down and collecting so much bacteria. The guards by the pool ignore people and don’t care if you got down the slide before they send the next person down. The breakfast is awful, none of us could eat anything and the cups, glasses, plates and tables are dirty… they don’t have a restaurant except for the restaurant inside the pool area where everything tastes like pool.. don’t go here until they renovate the whole hotel, pools and have new staff. But the girl in the reception was nice though 🤷♀️
Terrible place. I booked 1 night in this place and also had agreement with owner for transfer from the airport. When I landed, nobody come. I called to owner, she said to me “catch a taxi”. I should go around in foreign country under the rain at 5 am to find a taxi. When I came in the apartments, nobody was there. When I came inside the room, I realized that room is definitely changed. Instead of Superior Studio Suite I got storage room 2*2 with broken door. I called to owner and she said to me “your room is busy”. Seriously?! What means booking?! After my complain to Hotels.com owner was agree to change room. But, I should speak with cleaner!!!! Who even does not know English!!!! And also gave money to cleaner!!! After she gave another room, where is people smoke a lot inside the room. And this terrible smell was in all rooms. I did not sleep 24 hours, I took it just to sleep 2 hour and go to city. I had another agreement with owner about taxi to airport. My flight was at 20.00, I should left at 18.00, but again nobody come!!!! I called to owner she even did not answer!!!! I was nearly to lost my flight!!! It’s nothing nearly. To closer bus station is 25 min by feet. No supermarket, kiosk or any other amenities. No parking space!!!! Rooms in bad condition, old, cold and very noisy!!!! To the airport 20 min by car!!!! And also, owner deleted all bad reviews from another sites, and keep only good. This is unbelievable. The worse place in Belgrade!!!! Don’t book this place if you don’t want to spoil your trip. On the photo what I booked, and what I got instead.
Отель выбирали рядом с аэропортом, по отзывам только отель Мар полностью подошел нам, в чем мы и убедились. По телефону согласовали сроки пребывания, так как заселялись в 4 часа утром и выезжали в 5 часов вечером, то есть чекап и чекаут у нас получался за двое суток. Служащий отеля посоветовал бронировать на срок отъезда и проблема была разрешена. Для трансфера из аэропорта у отеля имеется собственный микроавтобус, а поездка не превышает 15 минут. Ресепшн круглосуточный и весьма доброжелательный - нас сразу заселили в номер, а оформление предложили провести утром после завтрака. Сама гостиница построена, оборудована и оснащена весьма современно, с акцентом на функциональность и комфорт. Номера просторные, кровати и постельное белье отличные. Питание. Завтрак достоин мишелиновской звезды. Фактически все продукты поступают от местных производителей - то есть яйца от кур со свободного выпаса, масло, сыры, колбасы и ветчины от ферм в горах, зелень, овощи и фрукты - из садов в долинах + наивкуснейшие сербские булки и хлеб. Поверьте, даже в отелях 5+ подобное качество встречаешь крайне редко. Обед и ужин можно заказывать из местных ресторанчиков или в баре заказывать горячие бутерброды, кстати тоже очень вкусные. Персонал. Абсолютно от всего персонала идет искренняя доброжелательность, помощь и забота. Особая благодарность обоим Младенам - владельцу отеля и менеджеру на ресепшене. Настоятельно рекомендую - цены бюджетные, а качество премиальное.
