I’m writing this comment while seated at the Rosa Beach Hotel's restaurant, enjoying a refreshing cocktail with a glass of water and a beautiful candle. After a delicious dinner, I can confidently say this hotel offers a wonderful view, excellent food, and outstanding service, with a team that truly makes you feel welcome. Special thanks to M. Mohamed Jribi, Maher and Wael for making this experience even more memorable ❤️.

The Apartments were very nice but the Maintenance and readiness were appalling. These things I noticed when entering the apartment. No sink Plugs in the kitchen or bathroom. Television didn't work, socket in the lounge didn't work. Door to Veranda falling apart. Kitchen draws broken and crooked. Bedroom dressing table stool broken and dangerous. Very nearly all the windows/doors were very badly fitted, making the the whole place very drafty those that I could open anyway. The Kitchen cutlery was of such poor quality that the forks bent when eating anything. I stayed there out of necessity but I would never spend a holiday in one Worst thing was, that I left a kitchen bowl there by mistake. I went back latter that day and asked about it's return and was told that it had been thrown away?? It took 4 visits and 3 days for the Director to arrive and agree that they would replace the bowl.

Returned today from a week all inclusive. We arrived sat 2nd at 11.45pm the person checking us in offered to organise something for us to eat but we we're shattered so declined. We weren't given any other information including times, areas etc so pretty much figures it out as we went. There was lots of positive, the hotel is overall very clean but in placed shows some aging but for the price great value. Only issue was the maid on first two days came in even when we Said it was okay and then kept asking for coins. But after second day was different maids who if they came and we were in the room would offer to come back. The food was a good variety across the breakfast, lunch and dinner but could be repetitive. Both of us are fussy eaters but always had plenty to eat. The waitors always had our table set up and we're very attentive and made sure we always had plenty to drink and were okay. The bar staff at times could be a little slow but often was only one on so they tried their best to keep up with demand even using Google translate when one didn't understand our request. Cocktail party hour was good and cocktails were nice but these weren't offered on normal menu. The entertainment at night wasn't really our cup of tea. This mainly was due to it being quiet and very few English spoke guests although could not fault the entertainment team who went out their way to make us included always speaking in both languages and making a point of coming to speak to us. However during the day activities such as archery, water aerobics etc always had us included and joining in and these were good fun. Bebo, casper were lovely but a big shout out to Bruno who really went out his way to ensure we were okay, always chatting to everyone and making them feel welcome. He is a asset to the hotel and team working extremely hard to ensure everyone has a good time and are included. The area was nice and there is the marina, museliam and things all within a quick 5 minute walk. It is not the sort of place I would recommend if looking for the party vibe but perfect for a relaxing vacation with lovely views. We were worried after reading some other reviews but would definetly recommend and go back.

Das ist das schlimmste und dreckigste Hotel das ich bis jetzt erlebt habe. Ich kann hier nicht nachvollziehen, das manche dem Hotel 5 Sterne geben. Normal hat dieses Hotel noch nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Der Teppich verschmutzt und verschlissen, im Flur im 4 Stock geht die Beleuchtung nicht, so daß man mit der Taschenlampe die passende Zimmernummer und Schloss suchen musste. Das Zimmer war ein Horror, würde ich noch nicht mal einem Hund dort übernachten lassen. Die ganze Nacht brummte eine Klimaanlage auf dem Dach, so daß es laut war und man das Gefühl hat, neben einem Flughafen zu wohnen. Ich habe mir aus Toilettenpapier Ohrenstopfer gebaut und versucht zu schlafen. Was die Möbeln betrifft; Alles heruntergekommen, es fehlen Griffen, Schubladen klemmen, am Schrank blättert der Lack ab, darüber an der Decke gibt es feuchte Stockflecken. Die Duschamaturen hatten mal bessere Zeiten erlebt, verdreckt und blind. Man traut sich nichts anzufassen. Im Aufzug kann man nur hoffen und beten das er nicht stecken bleibt, Anzeige funktioniert nicht richtig und der Rahmen zur Tür verrostet. Wifi funktioniert nicht. Es ist eher eine Absteige als ein Hotel. Ich hab am nächsten Tag sofort ausgescheckt um so schnell wie möglich diesen Ort zu verlassen. Wer auf seine Gesundheit viel Wert liegt, sollte den Pool nicht benutzen. Nachdem was ich so an Sauberkeit dort gesehen haben, wollte ich dort nicht mehr frühstücken. Das einzige Gute an dem Hotel, gegenüber der Straße ist das Meer und ein Strand.

Our last day here, gotta say for what we paid we cannot fault, the service was exceptional, lovely big clean room with a seaview. Would like to say a big thank you to Nabih (tictac), & Hasad from the restaurant who went above and beyond and really looked after us, they were fantastic, we could always find something to eat and had some really nice food, The tunisian night was a really enjoyable meal, also a shout out to Bacher who was great in the bar. Imbattable rapport qualité prix 32 euros pour demi pension literie de qualité les chambres au 5ème étage entièrement rénovée avec goût literie top douche avec un super carrelage petit déjeuner très copieux un personnel aux petits soins la Tunisie comme on l aime depuis 1984 je voyage en Tunisie je retrouve à chaque fois dans cet hôtel l hospitalité Tunisienne merci

우리는 Delphin Habib 호텔에 머무르는 놀라운 시간을 보냈습니다. 애니메이션 팀 (특히 choco, hassan 및 Amir)에 큰 소리로 외쳤습니다. 접수 원과 청소원도 정말 친절하고 도움이됩니다. 여행 주최자 zizou는 우리에게도 매우 좋았고 합리적으로 저렴한 가격으로 여행을 예약하기가 쉬웠습니다. 음식은 매우 정통하고 지중해는 칩과 견과류와 같은 평범한 옵션이 없기 때문에 까다로운 먹는 사람들에게는 좋지 않습니다. 그러나 현장의 레스토랑 (보기)은 매우 좋은 가격에 사랑스러운 음식입니다. 이 호텔의 유일한 단점은 당신이 자신의 것을 가져 오지 않는다면 해변 수건을 기다려야하는 길이지만, 튀니지를 방문하는 경우 호텔 객실이 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 환영하며 방문하기 좋은 나라입니다.
