Enjoyable staff due to the nice staff, cleanliness, variety of breakfast items, cool layout including the children's and teen's game area, breakfast room, nice lobby, clean pool and gym areas.

We should have known from what we paid for this one night stay, but we took a chance on an express deal, hoping for a good deal. When we arrived the office is in a building away from the main part of the hotel. The hotel itself is back from the street, behind other buildings and we missed the sign the first time we drove by. The person checking us in wasn’t unfriendly per se but very business like and to the point. He certainly didn’t make us seem very welcome. We were given verbal directions to our room which was located on the second floor and please note, there are no elevators, so you must be able to climb the stairs. There was a huge pot hole in the driveway to get to our room, which we hit because we were looking at signage for our entrance. When we opened the door to the building, the smell of some sort of air freshener about knocked us over. It’s almost like they are trying to cover up smoke or a musty smell by using it extra strength. Our room was fairly clean, although I really questioned if the sheets had been changed or just smoothed out and tucked back in. I promptly took wipes and wiped everything down. The air conditioning unit made a chirping noise almost like a cricket being in the room. The tub had cigarette burns on it or that is at least what they looked like to me. The nonslip mat was brown in the bottom of the tub, which while it might have been that color, was pretty outdated. In fact the whole hotel is very outdated. I offered to change hotels and “eat” the cost of the room, but my husband assured me we would be ok as it was just overnight. We did stay the night, but we did not attempt to eat breakfast there or use the pool so I can’t speak about how those were, but they are offered. Over all, if you are desperate and just need a room for the night, it will be fine, but you can find much nicer places to stay in the area for just a little more than what we paid for this room.

This is a NCSE (Nice-Clean-Safe-Economical) motel and the price was very fair for the area...most local/other chains were much higher. They had a nice breakfast with hot food items and normal continental items. The price was a little higher than our target ”retired-deep south” budget but it was still very fair for the area and since we were there during their prime season (August), it was understandable. I don't know if we'll ever get back up that way again, but if we do, I would consider staying with them. I would also recommend this motel to our friends and relatives. Good hotel ~ reasonably priced & in close distance to all. I was a little leary as this hotel was on the cheaper side but it was perfect. Very clean ~ comfy bed & pillows, warm shower & nice continental breakfast. Close to my son's SUNY dorm & I will definitely stay here again. Only down thing was the walls are thin & we were next to the ”loud talking” family lol.

방의 에어컨, 냉장고 및 환풍기는 오래되었고 밤새 소음이 발생했습니다. 아침 식사는 표준 미국식 아침 식사이며 매우 풍부하며 호텔의 수영장은 좋아 보입니다.

We spent the last few days trekking through the Quebec taiga. Heading home, we layed over in Plattsburgh, NY at the Hampton Inn. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Beds we’re soft and comfortable. Hot tub and pool area was immaculate and felt amazing after our adventure in subarctic conditions. Karen, the manager on-duty, was so sweet and just absolutely lovely! Excellent, old-school customer service. We could tell she genuinely cares about her customers *and* staff. Although we are not Diamond Members, we felt particularly taken care of. I was also so happy to see how patient and nurturing she was with new staff she was training. We recommend this place 100%.

이 호텔은 괜찮습니다. 우아하지는 않지만 척은하지 않습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안했고 아침 식사는 신선한 품목으로 잘 보관되었습니다. 호텔은 별 5 개를 얻은 것이지만 수영장의 히터는 프리츠에 있었기 때문에 물은 68도 였고 체육관에 마침내 나왔습니다. 그리고 아침 식사 메뉴에는 decaf 커피가 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 우리 방의 Keurig는 decaf를 제공했습니다.

I looked at the reviews yet took a chance. Yes, we'll situated, great for kids. The water park is great but needs a good scrub, especially since kids are in there. The basement kid friendly area is great, fun city I think, well nice fir the kids for sure. Room: Well, that needs cleaning, really cleaning, we found dirt on the sheets, stains on pillow case, sofa had crumbs, wallpaper is peeling off, room smell moldy. Did I mention we stayed 4 days, and the cleaning lady only made up one of the beds in the room, dust on top of the mold. When crossed a cleaning lady on the hall, seemed as if they were avoiding us. Where is the safe in the room? There is none! What a maze to get to your room, corridor needs more light. Breakfast: tks God for the waffle ( first day great batter, then it was downhill) eggs forget it, sausages are not real. Staff: Amazing! As a long-time member, I expected more of a welcome. At times the front desk people were on their devices. Perkins attached to the hotel is brilliant Many hotels are close by, will take my loyalty elsewhere next time.
