우리가 하키 팀으로 머물렀던 최고의 호텔. 우리는 부모님과 18세 소녀 하키 선수와 함께 우리 그룹에 약 50명이 있었습니다. 호텔은 새롭고 깨끗했으며 직원들은 매우 수용적이었습니다. 로비, 식사, 야외 공간 및 온수 수영장은 굉장했습니다. 그들은 심지어 농구 코트를 가지고있었습니다. 우리는 6 박 동안 거기에있었습니다. 아침 식사는 많은 선택으로 평균 이상이었습니다. 수요일 밤 무료 해피 아워는 꽤 시원했습니다. 우리는 매일 밤 식사 공간을 사용하여 어울리고 카드 놀이를 하고 휴식을 취했습니다. 직원들은 우리를 귀찮게 한 적이 없으며 우리의 체류를 더 좋게 만들고 싶었습니다. 객실은 훌륭했습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 주방이 있는 가장 큰 2베드룸 스위트입니다. 훌륭한 설정! 도보 거리에 많은 레스토랑이 있습니다. 나는 매우 추천 할 것이다.

I booked a room through a Travelocity at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/The Colony on Saturday May 18, 2024. When I arrived at the hotel, I checked in with the front desk rep Jennifer. I said to her “every time I check into a hotel my room is always by the elevator”. Jennifer stated yeah that is because you booked with a third party and we do not like third parties. I looked up at her and said I do not always use a third party to book my hotel rooms. Can you please make sure I am not next to the elevator. Jennifer stated your room is not next to the elevator and if it is come back down to the front desk and I will move you. I was in a rush to get to my family and friends so I did not have time to go back and forth with Jennifer and the way she was talking to me as if because I am getting the room and a cheaper rate I should accept whatever room I get. When I got off the elevator, I immediately notice my room was in fact next to the elevator. Again I was too busy and didn’t want to be labeled as the angry black woman that booked on a third party app, because I can’t afford the rate without going through a third party. The next day when I checked out of the room, I explained to Alisha at the front desk what happen. She apologized for Jennifer’s behavior. Alisha stated that it should not matter how the guest booked their rooms. If we request not to be put in a room they can look in the computer to ensure that they are not in a room near the elevator or etc. if the rooms are available. I always stay at a Marriott hotel branch but after this experience. I need to look in to other options if I am going to be treated a certain way if I book through a third party. It should not be offered if the guest are going to be treated different. I hope that I do not have to deal with this ever again and if that is the true case. Marriott should look into other options to book their rooms to the public.

Este hotel esta muy bien en cuanto a habitaciones y servicios, tiene un gimnasio amplio y sus habitaciones son bastante comodas. Su ubicación es buena parda llegar a Toyota y otras empresas, sin embargo no hay muchas opciones para comer cerca como esperaba. Grandscapes esta enfrente y hay un cruce peatonal debajo de la autopista que aunque es seguro es una caminata de 15-20 mins apoximadamente.

My wife and I stayed here for one night. Was checked in by a very polite, upbeat, great guy. Quin I think was his name. Great employee. Hotel is fairly new. Great colors and decor. Breakfast options weee great. Would maybe stay here again. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants. Here is what is keeping it from being a 5 rating and changing us to a definitely would come back. First, the breakfast starts to late. 7:30. Second, they only have ice on the second and fourth floor. We were on the 1st floor. They said I needed to go to the second floor. I go up there, and the ice machine is broke. Then go to the fourth floor to finally get ice. Third. In the room. Found a couple hairs in the bath tub. Seen some finger prints in a couple different areas. Needed more k-cups. Ice bucket top was broke and didn’t look to appealing. So, that’s are take on it. If there’s to many little things like that, it adds up. But a huge kudos to the employees and breakfast quality.

Best front desk staff ever! Interactive with mu kids. Remembering why we were there and checking on how things were going. Gracious with other guests. We spent a lot of time in lobby hanging out with friends and saw first hand how great they were. Shout out Divy, Troy, and West! Very clean facility. Would totally recommend this hotel with no complaints. However if you’re claustrophobic, I would not choose the 1 kind bed room you’re gonna need more space.

햄튼 인 & 스위트에 숙박 한 지 얼마 안되었습니다. 이 시설은 매우 새롭습니다. 모든 것이 매우 깨끗했고 로비 공간은 평균 이상입니다. 많은 방과 좌석과 디자인은 훨씬 높은 끝의 호텔에서 볼 수있는 것입니다. 위치가 좋습니다. 많은 쇼핑과 레스토랑에 가깝습니다. 우리는 불과 몇 분 만에 인근 지역으로 걸어갔습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 두 가지 다른 경우 직원이 우리를 돕기 위해 나타나기 전에 5-10 분 동안 프론트 데스크에서 기다려야했습니다. 처음 체크인하고, 나중에 같은 저녁에 소파 숙면기를 위해 베개를 요청했습니다 (또한 소파 숙면을 사용하는 방에 베개가 없다는 것이 이상합니다). 그날 저녁에 직원이 부족했을 수도 있지만, 저는 일년에 최소 25박 정도 호텔에 머물며 누군가가 프론트 데스크에서 나타날 때까지 기다려야한다는 것을 기억하지 못합니다. 매우 단단한 매트리스를 좋아한다면 아마 괜찮을 것입니다. 하지만 저에게는 침대가 매우 불편했습니다. 방은 넓었지만 다소 이상한 디자인이었습니다. 나는 하얏트 플레이스와 다른 비슷한 호텔에 방에 많은 좌석이있는 데 익숙합니다. 여기에는 책상 의자와 작은 러브 시트 만있었습니다. 욕실과 샤워 시설이 모두 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 평균 수준이지만 특별한 것은 없습니다. 와플, 과일, 베이글, 머핀, 시리얼 등 오전 6시에 문을 열었 음을 감사했습니다. 많은 호텔이 오전 7 시까 지 무료 아침 식사를 열지 않으며 그 때까지 보통 이미 문을 열었습니다. 아내와 아이들은 실내 수영장을 즐겼습니다. 많은 사람들이 COVID로 인해 문을 닫은 후에 실내 수영장이 다시 열 수 있다는 것을 알게되어 기쁩니다.
