We had one of the most remarkable holidays ever this April, riding for five days at Molino De Saladilla and we give full marks to Giles and Miranda. For a start, horses are lovely. They are clearly loved and well cared for, and they give back the love they receive by being well behaved and genuinely eager to please their riders. The hosts were wonderful, always cheerful and welcoming and happy to chat and pour you another glass of wine. The place really has a family feeling. The food is good, with an excellent service from the lovely Cati. The accommodation is pleasant, with a private garden and a charming little pool where guests can relax. Last but not least, the other guests were all fun people and able horse riders and it was a pleasure to go out with them in the country. We would recommend this holiday to all horse people, but keep in mind that, in order to make the most of this fun-packed holiday, you should be a confident rider, as there are many long canters across the sunny Andalusian hills or the riverside eucalyptus woodlands.
