I rate this place a 4/10 it's a clean place and ONLY the staff is nice, but the price is too high and not much to offer. There is no pool or hot breakfast yet the rate before taxes is $123.00 maybe higher! I had to stay here for a month in a half and the manager felt like $100.00 a night was still enough for this property. The gym has 3 machines in there and only 2 works. For long term stay the rate should be 50-60 dollars a night until he can upgrade or have more to offer. I understand hotels compete on rates, but the other hotels have more to offer, and I understand pricing for the other hotels. I simply feel that this hotel is only high due to the ”competition” in the area which is NOT many. Also, while staying here I didn't receive all my points because the manager did my reservation under the names of my family members that were with me. I'm a Diamond member and never did he ask for permission to take any reservation out my name. And when asked why the names were changed the front desk rep could not give an explanation. Hopefully Wyndham customer care can be of assistance on getting my points for the nights he changed. I was only here due to an organization and NOT having a car. If I had it my way, I would been left this hotel due the high pricing and not enough quality. Thanks for the little help you did offer but no thank you.
