We got the worst possible room. Room had no AC. It was full of mosquitos. Very dirty. We arrived at night 12 midnight. Only after raising ruckus the next day mid-morning, they shifted us to a better room. The place is amazing to stay in south goa, the beach is just about 300 mts from the hotel. The garden, restaurant, pool everything is maintained at it its best. The ambience is so very pleasant. Never felt like leaving the place.
