Our room was comfortable. It was a good size, modern decor, and modern bathroom fixtures with a large tiled shower stall. The hotel had 2 elevators. activated by room keys. This hotel chain prefers jars of Body Wash to soap. Not having an iphone, I appreciated using the computer in their business room to do emails. There isn't really a lobby area at the entrance, but the cocktail and bar lounge, connected to a small dining area, serve as sitting areas when waiting for others. We arrived tired from a day of travel so we were delighted to eat in the hotel's dining room for an evening meal rather than go exploring for a restaurant. The prices for evening meals in the hotel cafe were reasonable with a discount offered on 2 and 3 courses. The Bacon and Chicken Salad (15E) I ordered was delicious and dinner size, and desserts like Eton Mess were around 6.75E. During the day, the hotel has a coffee shop (scones 3E) with both indoor and outdoor seating. Could take away the pastries and enjoy them in the room where coffee and tea and kettle were free to use. No bakery shop was nearby. The hotel is within walking distance of the English Market (a bakery counter here) and shopping streets like St. Patrick's Street. For us, it was a good choice for an overnight stay with Insight coach tours.

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

The service was super and very friendly, right from the start with the doormen. The room was excellent and beautifully decorated with our own Christmas tree. We dined in both restaurants and the experience in Orchids was truly special. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hayfield Manor for anyone looking for a relaxed stay with the utmost quality of service.

We ate as a group of 4 in Bellini’s Bar on a midweek night for a special occasion. The staff were so friendly, and every staff member we met was really helpful. The food was simply beautiful, could not fault a single thing. Service was so quick but not rushed. We will definitely return!

Check into the room, there was a hole in the throw at the bottom of the bed. The handle in the window was falling off. When for a shower then it was going from hot to cold. I opened the drawer for the hair dryer it was full of hair. We went for food then, the food was good, bar staff was nice. Next morning we went for breakfast, we waited over 30 mins for our breakfast to come down even do the restaurant was very quite. We both ordered scrambled egg with hash brown and rashers. When it eventually arrived we got two bowls of scrambled egg and poached egg and hash brown on one plate. We said we didn't order this and the waiter say ye will have this. I said no we order rashers and hash brown. She insisted we take it. We asked for a manager. She said she was very sorry and we would be compensated . We check out, the manager told us it didn't go through in fist transaction. It went through second time we check the receipt it said €40We found out later that evening we had been charged 20. We rang for them to say this and she said she charged us 20 by mistake. But the breakfast was 10 each so that why we got 40 back. Alot of mistakes, by Alot of staff and noone taken responsibility if you ask me.

우리는 11월에 성인 14명과 어린이 5명으로 구성된 대규모 그룹으로 3박을 했습니다. 그룹으로 Castlemartyr로의 세 번째 여행이었고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 우리는 당신이 운전하는 것처럼 위치한 Gate Residences 중 3개를 임대했습니다. 집에는 현명한 편의 시설이 필요한 모든 것이 있으며 절대적으로 흠이 없었습니다. 그들은 마을까지 도보로 5분, 호텔 자체까지 도보로 7분 거리에 있어 매우 편리합니다. 마을에는 Centra, Greengrocers 및 몇 개의 펍이 있으므로 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 집에서 컨시어지 서비스를 이용할 수 있지만 특히 밤에는 산책하기 너무 좋기 때문에 날씨가 좋으면 적극 추천합니다. 우리는 첫날 밤에 Canopy Restaurant과 다른 이틀 밤에 Hunted Hog에서 저녁을 먹었습니다. 음식은 항상 그렇듯이 두 곳 모두 절대적으로 맛있었고 서비스는 환상적이었습니다. 아침, 점심 또는 저녁 식사 여부에 관계없이 음식은 호텔에서 정말 좋습니다. 한 가지 말씀드리고 싶은 것은 단단한 음식으로만 움직이는 아기가 있다면 수프 외에는 옵션이 없다는 것입니다. 따라서 어린 아기가 있다면 직접 가져오는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔에서 앞으로 Ella의 주방 주머니와 같은 것을 제공한다면 좋을 것입니다. 수영장은 성인과 어린이 모두에게 좋습니다. 아이들을 데려 오는 시간이 많고 공이 있습니다. 그러나 대체로 성인만이 있어 차가워지고 수영을 해야 하는 경우에도 좋습니다. 현장에서 유모 보육 서비스에 대해서도 특별히 언급해야 합니다. 베이비 시터가 필요한 경우 호텔에서 직접 구성할 수 있는 숫자를 제공합니다. 우리는 방문할 때마다 Eileen을 가졌고 나는 그녀를 충분히 칭찬할 수 없습니다. 그녀는 놀랍고 아이들과도 너무 좋았습니다. 아이들이 있다는 것을 알고 먹고 마시고 싶다면 선택의 여지가있어서 집에서 돌볼 것입니다. 전반적으로 Castlemartyr에서 또 다른 멋진 며칠과 우리는 미래에 다시 향하기를 고대하고 있습니다.

We visited the Celtic Ross for a short break,ten days after our wedding. We couldn't have made a better choice . From the food to the customer service , everything was just perfect . The staff couldn't do enough for us , such a warm and cosy atmosphere. We really enjoyed our dinners both nights, the food is divine . There are so many lovely places to sit and relax in the hotel , the Christmas decorations were beautiful. We are just sorry we didn't choose the Celtic Ross for our wedding ! We hope to return every year doe our anniversary, the hotel far surpasses our wedding venue in the city !
