Made a reservation through online service on 7/4/22, for check in 7/8/2022 and check out 7/10/22, when we arrived, we were informed the reservation charge did not go through, so we used another card, only later did we find out that the original card was charged as well, and this is somewhere we have stayed annually since 2019, but we have gotten nothing but the runaround from staff, who initially claimed we needed to talk to Marla, then told she was no longer there, THEN told they had a change of management, THEN told that we needed to dispute with credit card but since the 2 charges are on different date 7/4 and 7/8 - they didn't check anything and denied the dispute. So, we have put online reviews EVERYWHERE we can, and will continue to do so until the $447 is refunded. We have left messages and never ONCE got a return call, they are dodging the responsibility, but when it's filed in court, try dodging that & fees associated with collecting. Absolutely irresponsible and lack of customer service. DO NOT STAY here unless you want to be treated similarly.
