We loved staying at this beautifully designed new hotel in Denver. The bed was incredibly comfortable, loved the pillows and the design elements in the room. We stayed in the basic king room, which is really small but efficient. The hotel is on a busy street, but our room was still extremely quiet (great windows). Friendly service, especially from the doormen.

Overall, I had a great visit and I would stay again. The design is lovely, the food at both restaurants is great, the views from the roof are fantastic, and it's a convenient location for Denver. I was pleasantly surprised the window seat in my room was large enough for me to relax in (I'm over 6' tall). The bed was very comfortable. My room was a great place to relax after some hectic holidays visiting family. Visitors should definitely make time to at least have a drink at Stellar Jay. It's a cool space and the views are worth a look. The food was great overall, but I would skip the steak next time (but go for the trout!). The in-room coffee is pretty terrible, but the coffee from Little Owl is fantastic. The drip is great, but I also had an espresso drink with some turkish spices (i forget the name of the drink) that was outstanding. I had problems with my calls to the front desk asking for my car to be pulled around not being passed on to the valet. The valet guys were great, but next time I would probably just park in one of the many garages nearby and save the money and wait time. Heads up that the partnership with the Denver Art Museum never worked out, so don't plan on getting free admission with your stay as was purported upon booking. Hopefully they are making that change to their website and confirmation emails soon.

An excellent experience all around from the room to the restaurant to the common spaces. Incredible location close to most cultural facilities. Be prepared for a slight shift in hotel experience … for the good of all. Water carafe in the room is filled from hall water port (no plastic bottles), rooms efficient (small) and no plastic shampoo/ soap containers. All intentional, it was nice to leave a smaller footprint and still enjoy comfort and care from a great team.

- 2 out of 3 "amenities" that you have to pay for were not available during our stay, front desk were unwilling to understand why this was a problem - poorly designed room - nowhere to put a towel AND wet washcloth - bathroom door closes automatically and no fan in the bathroom, so bathroom gets very steamy when taking a shower - only 1 robe and 1 set of slippers provided in a room meant for two people - upstairs restaurant food was mediocre at best, downstairs has no vegetarian/vegan-friendly options besides sides
