두바이에 가면 호텔에서 묵어야 할 것 같아서 이번에 아이들과 함께 2박을 묵게 되었습니다. 호텔 환경과 건물 전체가 정말 아름답고, 찍는 모든 사진이 아름답습니다. 호텔 내부는 화려함이 지배적입니다. 아침 식사도 풍성하고 맛있었으나 조식당은 사실 조금 작았습니다. 식사하는 동안 사람이 너무 많아 실내 테이블을 찾기가 어려웠고 밖이 너무 더웠습니다. 야외 수영장은 매우 아름답지만 아침 9시에만 개장합니다. 한동안 수영을 할 수 없으며 태양은 견딜 수 없습니다. 그러면 12세 미만의 어린이는 이용할 수 없습니다. 바다 옆에 인피니티 풀이 있어서 여유롭게 수영도 하고 사진도 찍을 수 있어서 정말 좋아요. 다행히 18층 스파센터 실내수영장은 아이들의 물놀이 즐거움을 만족시킬 수 있고, 마사지 풀도 마련되어 있다. 호텔의 배터리 카는 무제한 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 우리는 너무 늦게 일몰 후 이틀 밤 해변에 갔다가 무료 운하 크루즈를 타고 캐슬 호텔 지역을 탐험했습니다. 해변과 포트 호텔은 모두 버즈 알 아랍(Burj Al Arab) 사진을 찍기에 좋은 장소입니다. 객실은 하루 2번 청소되며, 저녁 식사 전 간단한 간식이 제공되며, 턴다운 시에는 버즈 알 아랍 모양의 초콜릿 2개가 제공됩니다.

A very good hotel with a super professional stuff. Stayed there for 3 nights. We asked for a corner room, and we really got one, but when we entered the room there was a smell of mold, and there were noises coming from the upper floor. After i contacted the reception and complained about the above, they immediately moved us to a knew room, that was fantastic. This is the kind of service that you have to get in such high level hotels. The hotel is located in an excellent location, and it is connected to a mall, with a lot of restaurants. The room was big and very comfort, and had the all amenities that you need. This hotel is a very good choice in Dubai

호텔 시설이 좋고 사진 찍기에 매우 적합하지만 서비스는 전설만큼 좋지 않습니다.백인 웨이터는 우월감이 있고 손님의 요구를 진지하게 받아들이지 않습니다.그들은 아시아인이라고 생각할 수도 있습니다 관광객들은 속이기 쉽습니다. 몇 가지 불편한 장소를 나열해 보세요. 1. 떠나기 전 가장 기대했던 것은 불가리 호텔이었습니다. 예약하기 전에 오랫동안 예약을 했습니다. 남편과의 신혼여행을 메모했습니다. 방을 기다리는 동안 신용카드를 긁었습니다. 입금하고 여러 가지 서명을 하고 오랜 시간을 기다린 끝에 드디어 방에 들어갔습니다. 그 결과 방에는 마치 이번 신혼여행과는 아무 상관이 없는 것처럼 남편의 이름이 적힌 웰컴 카드가 세 장이 놓여 있었습니다. 침대 옆에 있는 명함을 보고 더욱 할 말을 잃었습니다. 남편 이름이 적힌 명함만 놓여 있었습니다. 명함은 준비하지 않았습니다. 불가리 호텔이 이런 곳일 줄은 상상도 못하겠습니다. 그래서 성차별적이야? 신혼여행에는 한 사람만 환영하나요? 화가 나서 프런트에 가서 물어보니 '아, 명함 필요해요?'라는 대답이 돌아왔습니다. 저희가 하나 만들어서 카드에 이름을 추가해 드릴 수 있습니다. 사과 한마디도 받지 못했습니다. 예약한 사람 이름만 적는다고 하더군요. 예약한 사람은 저라고 하더군요. 백인 남자는 말문이 막혔습니다. 2. 여기에서 택시를 부르기 위해 호텔 프론트 데스크로 가지 마세요. 호텔에는 전담 집사가 없는 것 같습니다. 남편과 외출할 때 택시를 부르고 싶었습니다. 프론트 직원은 이곳이 개인 섬이라 택시를 부를 수는 없다고 합니다. 하지만 렉서스. 구시가지까지 가는 비용은 계좌로 청구되기 때문에 110디르함 정도입니다. 번거로움을 덜기 위해 프론트에 전화를 달라고 했으나 로비에서 15분 정도 기다려도 안 되네요. 하나 왔어요 다행히 프론트에서 전화가 안와서 취소해줬어요 그리고 카림을 이용해서 렉서스에서 택시를 불렀어요 바로 문앞에 있었어요 비용이 40디르함 이상밖에 안드는거 같았어요 빠르고 저렴했어요 . 3. 제가 미니 비치백을 워낙 좋아해서 여러 하우스키핑 직원과 서비스 직원에게 작은 비치백을 원한다고 말씀드렸는데, 답변은 절대 안된다고, 아이들에게만 줄 수 있다는 답변이 왔습니다. 떠나기 전 남편이 전화해서 표현했습니다. 그의 욕망이 다시 한 번, 전화가 끊어졌습니다. 일반적으로 호텔이 손님의 요구를 충족시키지 못할 경우에는 매우 성실하거나 타협의 방법을 모색하지만, 호텔에서는 어떠한 성실함도 보이지 않습니다. 이것이 불가리 호텔이 심각하게 과대평가된 이유라고 생각합니다. ... 같은 수준의 많은 호텔과 비교하면 스타도 아닙니다. 전체적으로 호텔에서 사진을 찍어도 괜찮지만, 서비스가 따라주지 못하니 기대치를 낮추시는 걸 추천드립니다.

We stayed at this hotel for 21 nights, along with another 2 families we recommended the hotel to, location and hotel are let down by the service, pool service was extremely poor, lack of staff, front of house managers were rude and abrupt, they had conflicting information, no one seemed to know how the half board package worked, eating in the hotel was a poor experience as no one knew how half board worked, most nights resulted in confrontation with restaurant staff, especially piatti restaurant where the management was abrupt and rude to the ladies in our party, very poor attitude , manager said it is a separate entity so we had to pay but is is part of raffles, and the half board package, raffles should not have this eatery or manager representing there brand, we had several meetings with management throughout the 21 days to resolve , even up to the last day we still had bills for half board package that we had already paid for, the best part of the hotel was the valet services , especially mathui at the front door, concierge , always met with smile and he went over and above his role to make the hotel experience better, we stayed here last year for a week and the standards have definitely slipped, guys like Mathui should be the guys representing the raffles brand, a credit to the brand, also at the pool there was one pool staff member that went over and above his role, although under staffed he never stopped , urjan, again a credit to the raffles brand, he was far better than the front desk staff, the hotel and location are let down by service,

WOW: For the Location WOW: For the Staff & Service WOW : For the Food and Beverages We have just returned from Al Maha, and it was heaven in the desert, a truly magical place. The level of attention to detail was exceptional, but the staff were the elements that made our stay utterly incredible. All members of staff were attentive and had a real sense of pride in their work, and even appeared one step ahead of what we required or even realised what we needed! The accommodation was, scenic , tranquil, and extremely private, superb. We would like to say a special thank you to the Chef’s and Kitchen Staff who not only created the most delicious and delightful cuisine, but also provided the best ever Gluten Free bread and pastries. This vacation was above and beyond our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending this surreal place in the desert.

Lovely space it. Absolutely gorgeous inside! It seems a bit outdated from the entrance compared to other hotels on the palm but it is truly outstanding! The pool area is beautiful, the walk up is picturesque and looks like something out of a luxury holiday ad! The bathroom is gorgeous with glass finishes and intricate details that give it a luxury feel. The bathroom has its own tv! What more could you want! The only thing I would say is the shower head was not working upon arrival which was disappointing and the hallway to the room feels someone different to the luxury feel of the whole hotel (we stayed in 450 area)- which was away from the main building …but overall the room was gorgeous! No complaints!
