Wonderful welcome, delightful place, nice panorama on the beautiful hills, close to the Ella Railway station (walking distance), excellent restaurant and massage service: I highly recommend staying at this hotel.. Thank you for hosting Us Guys

It would be unfair to rate this hotel "average" based on the negative points that are mentioned at the end of this review. We booked this hotel through a travel agent. It is a dream location. We also had room that gave extra privacy being at the end. The room was properly planned and well appointed. The mattress, pillows, blankets, toiletries everything was at par with a four star rating hotel. The nights at Ella are cold. So, we requested a room heater and that was also promptly provided by the hotel staff. We had a room plan with half board. I would recommend everyone who books this hotel to take the same plan - Dinner better be at the hotel. The hotel is around 50 meter height from the market place and the incline is quite steep. Climbing that slope after dinner will certainly be a task one would not want to undertake. The a la carte restaurant and bar also can be your pick if you do not wish to go for a set dinner menu. The culinary and bar service at the hotel is very good - taste wise as well as portion wise. The room numbering system takes a little time to get familiar with but it is not puzzling. Negative points:- There are two negative points that MUST be mentioned here. 1. I used their laundry service. Gave one vest and one underwear for laundry. The items were returned properly washed and cleaned but the bill showed underwear with T-shirt (this is charged a little extra). Though the overcharge was returned upon pointing out; the management must consider this a RED FLAG. 2. We used their SPA service. THE SPA SERVICE IS HOPELESS. I would recommend the management to close down this service for being unhygienic, NOT giving value for money almost at the verge of cheating. The masseuses were untrained (the lady was a complete rookie - ZERO training). The male did not bother to use strength that is expected when one requests body massage. Overall, it was an oil application session but NOT A MASSAGE SESSION. We saw the towels used for us being neatly folded and put back into the closet. We were shocked to say the least. I expressed my unhappiness to the spa staff. Probably that is the reason the hotel staff DID NOT ASK us about our experience at the time of departure.

Dining at the hotel restaurant was a fantastic experience, thanks to **Dilan, Isuru, Nisanka, and Malith**. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. Dilan ensured everything was perfect, Isuru’s friendliness stood out, Nisanka was efficient and attentive, and Malith’s menu recommendations were spot-on. Their teamwork and dedication created a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for both great food and outstanding service!

I had the best time here with service and great breakfast here…i also enjoyed the rooftop view and the bar there…really amazing and great view in morning dew… i also enjoyed the room, it was clean and comfortable beds and pillows too… i also enjoyed the swimming pool at rooftop here
