Service was good and thorough and the facilities were adequate. Food was nice enough.,

酒店在老城中心 大教堂旁邊 沒有電梯 房間設施齊全 衞生間有排風扇 運轉噪音很大 但搞笑的是沒有開關可以關閉它 除非拔取電卡 但是拔了取電卡 晚上就一點光也沒有了 手機也不能充電了 所以會很糾結～另外 冰箱的噪音也不小 而且即使拔了取電卡也不會斷電的 冰箱安裝牢固 沒辦法拔電源 所以 必須在各種噪音中睡覺

I stayed for several nights and found the room to be very comfortable and spacious, ideal for more than a one night stay. There is an Annex with sofa bed and TV (not HDMI capable) , fridge and hanging space. The bathroom is well equipped and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was basic but standard for Italy. There is no lift so be expected to carry your bags and if you struggle with stairs this isn't for you. The room was cleaned every day and the cleaner provided extra bottled water and cutlery on request, she was very friendly. The hotel location is the best in Ferrara as far as I'm concerned. You are next to 2 excellent restaurants and 30 seconds from the main piazza. Parking is about 5 minutes away and approx € 20 per night. The hotel overall was ideal for my needs and I would recommend to anyone stayin in Ferrara

noi eravamo in junior suite per la precisione la Napoli e la ho trovata per rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Posizione centrale un po’ rumorosa la notte per via della strada ma tutto sommato sopportabile. Belli gli arredi semplici ma di gusto però LEVATE LA MOQUETTE DALLE SCALE!!
