Recientemente me alojé en el Riad Anaya en Fez y, lamentablemente, mi experiencia estuvo lejos de ser agradable. El servicio fue extremadamente decepcionante. En primer lugar, el personal parecía desinteresado e inútil. Cada vez que tenía preguntas o necesitaba ayuda, me recibían con indiferencia y, a veces, incluso con mala educación. Sentí que les estaba molestando en lugar de ser un invitado valioso. En segundo lugar, la limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. Había manchas en la ropa de cama y el baño no estaba bien limpio. Este nivel de higiene es inaceptable, especialmente en un entorno hotelero. Por último, los servicios anunciados no estaban disponibles o no funcionaban. El Wi-Fi no era confiable y el aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba, lo que hacía incómodo permanecer en la habitación. En general, no recomendaría el Riad Anaya a nadie que busque una estancia agradable y confortable en Fez. Ciertamente hay mejores opciones disponibles donde recibirá el servicio y la atención que se merece.

The acommodation is in a wonderful building, recently renovated to high quality in a traditional style. The location is good, close to many places of interest such as the tannerys. We took a Petit Taxi from near Fes train station, agreeing a fare of 20 dirams to the Bab Ziat Old City Gate and took a short walk to the location, but 'door to door' pick up can be arranged. On arrival, the owners and staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, asking for our interests and providing a useful local map. There are options to engage local guides, but we chose our own walking routes and locations to visit (it's a good idea to download Fes as an off line map on Google maps for navigation without using roaming data - it's easy to get lost in the medina but that's part of the experience). We were fortunate to have a room on the excellent roof terrace which was spacious, well decorated and very clean. There was strong WiFi throughout the safe and secure acommodation. An excellent breakfast is provided with option for a tasty evening meal (payable in cash when settling on departure - credit card in Dirhams can be used to settle for acommodation) in a beautiful dining area. The management are happy to receive WhatsApp messages to the phone numbers on their website for booking requests and queries etc. Thanks to Said, Fatima, Rashid & Mohammed for your attention and hard work.

Amazir stay at Riad EL Amine we stayed at this Riad with my mom, we really enjoy hospitality of the staff Check in is seamless and efficient. The rooms are beautifully appointed and charming as is the rest of the building. The rooms and the hotel are kept spotlessly clean and frankly I would have loved to take any of the cleaning staff back home with me. The rooftop provides a sheltered space to relax and take some sun, and the spa is a cooling respite when it gets too much. we will come back again :)

Ha sido maravilloso encontrar un sitio con un equipo tan acogedor y tan amable, que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. El riad es precioso, está impecable, muy bien ubicado y no nos ha faltado absolutamente de nada. El riad no solo lo hace el equipamiento sino también las personas, y en el caso de Dar Atlantic, en ambos sentidos ha sido una experiencia excelente.
