Very nice place to stay, helpful staff, good food and drinks. lovely atmosphere. think i will stay there again it was a pleashure rooms very big and clean, loved all the details and the history of that building. they had some nice events during the week

Room beautiful, spa excellent, waiter for 6 nights excellent (different waiter last night, rude) Food ranged from excellent to poor. Half board doesn’t include water! The tap water is delicious, but only able to drink in your room. Massively over-priced wine. You don’t know what price you’re paying if you ask for a glass of wine with your meal, until you get the bill the next morning, and it’s extortionate. Left us feeling ripped-off. Staff very friendly and pleasant. (Except last night). Didn’t get any of that “Austrian family “ friendliness I’ve experienced in other Austrian hotels. Owners couldn’t/wouldn’t speak English. Luckily my partner could speak German so they said hello to him. Overall a great hotel, but they need to stop being so money grabbing over drinks. Nothing to drink with the afternoon snack. Even a glass of water would be charged to your room. Just left a bad taste after our stay here. A great shame.

We returned to this hotel after a very positive experience a few years ago. Unfortunately this time it wasn't that positive anymore. The rooms we were assigned to were big and clean but old-fashioned (except for the bathroom) and dark (compared to very modern and fresh rooms before). We didn't' expect this for the high price we payed. About the food, at breakfast and dinner the buffet was extensive, but he quality of food wasn't worth a 4 star hotel (this in contrast to our prior stay). The spa has good facilities. Because it is rather small, it can get a bit crowded at peak times. A special mention for the women who gives the massages... so professional! She really helped me with some tension issues. Thank you :-)!! Staff was still very helpful. Certainly the waiter at the bar. We were fortunate to be at the lounge bar one evening when a really good duo came singing. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but we expected more for 4star prices at this hotel.

Absolute Weltklasse! Damit meine ich das Hotel Tirol in Fiss rund um das Team von Familie Pregenzer... nicht nur, dass die Hotelausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt, hier wird einem wirklich jedes Anliegen von den Augen abgelesen und auch erfüllt... wir waren schon einige Male im Sommer und im Winter zu Gast, Familie Pregenzer samt Team beweisen immer wieder, dass eine Steigerung möglich ist... vor allem kulinarisch hat das Küchenteam heuer mehrere "Bomben" gezündet... so verwöhnt wurden wir in diesem Haus noch nie... der grenzlose Höhepunkt war heuer definitiv die Küchenparty... ich möchte gar nicht viel verraten, einfach selbst ausprobieren... vielen herzlichen Dank für die unübertreffbare Gastfreundschaft, liebe Familie Pregenzer, wir sehen uns sicher heuer ein weiteres Mal! Vielen Dank auch an ihr tolles Team... sie können sehr stolz darauf sein!!!
