위치가 훌륭하고, 프론트 직원이 친절하고 체크인하는데 10분 정도 소요됩니다. 굳이 말씀드리자면 아래층 식당 온수기가 고장나서 차를 끓이는 것이 어려울 수 있다는 점을 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

Tonight is my last night in this hostel. I have been here for 2 weeks. The best I've ever seen. Very clean, everything works, many spaces where anyone can find his interest (sleeping, drinking, eating, playing music, taking a bath or studying... What a charming hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could have spent more time. Our room was very spacious, quiet and clean. Loved the high ceilings and air conditioning. The front desk was very friendly and they even helped with our luggage. The location was perfect- a block from the train station and within a 10min walk straight down to the main city center and duomo. The breakfast was exceptional with hot food items, lots of choices and the view from the breakfast room was lovely. What a nice way to start the day!

Stayed at this hotel while in Florence to run the marathon on 27 November. The location was very convenient - close to the T2 tram terminus. A very warm and friendly welcome. The accommodation was simple, clean and comfortable. Just what you need for a brief city stay. Personally, I believe a hotel room is somewhere you go to sleep at the end of the day - and that is what you get at Hotel Angelica. No frills - but what do you need those for? If you want multi-language TV, bathrobes, a full American buffet breakfast and a business centre, book in at the Westin instead! I was very comfortable, and the Hotel Angelica provided everything I needed. Thanks to all the staff.

-the staff weren’t easy to work with, not trying to help very much - very unaccommodating for everything -breakfast was next to nothing, just shows they were trying to charge you for every tiny possible thing -AC didn’t work at all even though they advertised for it -you had to pay for storage of things while you walked around and they would easily refuse it if it was too full - which it wasn’t (unlike other hotels and hostels where it was free and they would always make room) -refund policy was awful; even if you booked a refundable room, it was only for 7 days beforehand which is never enough time. Another excuse to steal money from young travellers. Good thing it should be a ”new generation” for youth/young travellers!!!!! -floors, bathrooms, beds were gross -must have been charging for location because bathrooms were gross, no hand soap, no amenities whatsoever, very stale and uncomfortable environment. Several others made the same observation and even switched hostels after that first night. -il personale non era disponibile, non aiutava -in generale, l'ostello era molto scomodo, per tutto -la colazione era quasi nulla, dimostrazione che stavano cercando di farti pagare per ogni piccola cosa possibile -l'aria condizionata non funzionava per niente, anche se l'hanno pubblicizzato e facevano pagare anche per questo servizio - dovevi pagare per lo stoccaggio delle cose mentre eri fuori (cosa che un hotel non farebbe, e a differenza di altri ostelli, che lo stoccaggio era gratis e sempre disponibile), e loro rifiutavano facilmente se la stanza era troppo piena, anche se non era veramente (ha visto la stanza e non era piena) -la loro ”polizza” di non rimborso è terribile - anche se hai prenotato una camera rimborsabile, era rimborsabile solo per 7 giorni prima, e non erano disponibili per negoziare minimamente!! Altra dimostrazione che cercano solo di fregare soldi. Nemmeno un hotel si comporta così. -i pavimenti, bagni, letti erano disgustosi igienicamente parlando. -se la tirano per la posizione, perché i bagni erano disgustosi, niente sapone per le mani, niente servizi, un ambiente molto vecchio e scomodo. Molti amici lì hanno fatto la stessa osservazione, e hanno persino cambiato ostello subito dopo quella prima notte. Figuriamoci ostello per i giovani, questo deve essere chiuso che cerca solo di FREGARE i giovani!!!! voto: 0 o max 1/10
