Absolutely stunning and well worth it . It has a very luxurious and is right inthe center of town near shopping , bus station and beach !!! Can take a quick bus to the biggest mall inthe caribbean too

We are waiting for our cruiseship to arrive...staying in this hotel...Very old hotel, no one to lift our suitcases from the 1st floor. Make sure you book a room in the building with elevator! There is breakfast until 10am and lunch from 3pm. So in the meantime there is nothing.! Guests are now ordering through Uber eat!. Very bad service. No parasols at the pool! Only 4 beds at pool available! The girls behind the reception desk are helpfull. This hotel really needs an update urgently. 185euro for one night is a grazy price for such an old place!

馬提尼克島，法國海外省首府法蘭西堡，從CDG- FDF，飛了8小時，打車43歐到酒店，離海邊300米，景色不錯，其他都一般，Schoelcher Library ，Fort Saint - Louis，碼頭上停靠着地中海郵輪，物價挺貴，本地蓋澆飯25歐，華人中餐快餐7歐一個菜，反正貓頭鷹上隨便吃點什麼都要100歐，上網費老勁了，坐郵輪可以，旅遊不值得來，法國人來過冬的挺多，法國的海外領管理的都挺差的，小安德列斯羣島就是南北方向的島鏈，再加上東西方向的有差不多17、18個國家，這兒算南美了，再往南就是委內瑞拉、法屬圭亞那了！象哥倫布發現新大陸一樣，地理迷熱衷探索的是：英屬維爾京羣島（英國）、法屬瓜德羅普（法國）、法屬聖巴泰勒米島（法國）、法屬聖馬丁（法國）、荷屬聖馬丁（荷蘭）、蒙特塞拉特（英國）、馬提尼克（法國），也算到此一遊！

I arrived in the hotel due to the medical disembarkation of my father to hospital. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helped me get into my room quickly. I cannot say how helpful the staff have been. Due to not knowing how long I would be staying, they allowed me to book for 3 or 4 days at a time and renewing the booking when needed. One occasion they were extremely apologetic as the following night there was no room for me, but they found me a room, and the following day asked me if I wanted my old room back. Such is the care the staff have for their guests. Food in the hotel is of an exceptional standard and it appears there is a 2 week cycle on the menu. I thought the food a little expensive initially, but if you want quality food with great service, you have to pay a little more. That's what I got, great food and excellent friendly service. The circumstances of me being here are not the best, but the hotel has helped and supported me all the way through, and I cannot thank them enough. They made my stay as best as it could possibly be, and if I come back to Martinique, I would stay here again

This is probably the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. This is more of a hostel. First off there were blood stains on all the sheets and pillows. The hotel only cleaned the towels twice during our week and a half stay, there is no peep hole which is honestly just a safety precaution, the toilet in our room was leaking brown liquid, there is no screen on the showers so the water goes everywhere, the hallways smell like ****, the doors barely lock. In addition, one of my friends was knocking on her door room and a man came out of his room and started harassing her for being to loud, and almost got physical with her before yelling at her and then leaving. Then when she went downstairs the front desk told her a client made a noise complaint and when she told him it was just her knocking and this guy was about to lay her hands on her the front desk said “well it’s your fault because you were being too loud. There is water damage on the doors, bugs everywhere, and more. This place is horrible, the breakfast is bad and the employees are incredibly rude.

I stayed 10 days at the B&B HOTEL Fort-de-France in January 2024. The hotel is located in a kind of triangle 8-10mns away from the main city Fort-de-France, the Mall ”La Galleria', and the first nice beaches. This hotel is suitable for business purposes and leisure & tourism. The staff is amazingly polite and professional. There is a vibrant atmosphere at the B&B Hotel Fort-de-France as everyone involved is caring and compassionate, smiling and enthusiastic. The restaurant by the pool 'Le Zest' is definitely 'The Place to Be' in town. The food is divine and the team amazing ! I will definitely be back.
