두번째 선택한 힐튼하노이 호텔이지만 언제나 Good 입니다 하노이에 있는동안 직원들의 친절함, 세심한 배려, 아름다운 미소, 맛난 조식및 저녁식사, 호안끼엠 가까운 거리~~ 최고로 아늑한 호텔에서의 즐거운 여행이었답니다 ~~ 직원 여러분에게 모두 감사드려요~~^^

아파트먼트식이라고 하여서 별로 기대는 안했는데 헬스장,수영장 (풀장3개 영유아,아이,성인),놀이방,조식 전부다 평균이상이고 방도 매일 청소해주고 상태도 깔끔합니다 가격대비 정말 가성비좋은 호텔입니다

오랫만에 방문한 하노이에서 위치좋은 하노이 대우호텔과 2박을 함께했습니다. 지어진 년수는 좀 되지만 관리가 너무 깨끗하게 잘되어있고 무엇보다 방음이 잘되어있는 호텔이라 조용하게 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 위치도 좋아서 건너편 롯데백화점, 마트 등 이용하기 좋았고 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 너무도 강력추천하고 싶은 호텔입니당~~

위치며, Name Value이며 모두 뛰어나다. 하지만 조식이 아쉽다. 오래된 호텔이라 Room 내부시설이 낡았으나, 관리가 잘되어있어 무난하다.

코로나 전염병은 하노이에서 매우 복잡하게 진행되고 있습니다. 아이들은 학교에 가는 대신 야외 스포츠 활동에 참여하고 야외 세션은 하루 종일 실내에서 진행됩니다! 감옥은 어린이와 부모 모두에게 심리적 스트레스를 이끌고 있습니다. 그래서 우리 가족은 항상 전염병이 발생하기 전에 짧고 안전한 휴가를 보내고 아이들이 편안한 시간을 보낼 수 있는 신선한 공간을 원합니다. 우리는 다이아몬드 웨스트레이크 스위트를 선택했습니다. 우리 가족의 요청을 충족시키는 훌륭한 목적지입니다! 흥미로운 경험, 아이들을위한 평화 롭고 부모를위한 훌륭한 휴식! 가족에게 멋진 휴가를 보내 주셔서 감사합니다! 우리는 돌아와서 가까운 고객이되기를 기대합니다 ❤️

공항에서 택시 타고 호텔에 갔는데 호텔근처는 상가집이 널려있어요 위치가 좋지 않아요 교통은 호텔에 부탁하면 전화해서 택시 불러서 옵니다 롯데 가고싶으면 택시타고 30분에서 40분, 바딘 도시 롯데호텔, 롯데마트, 롯데백화점 같이 있는데 따로 다른 떠이호 도시에 롯데몰 , 롯데마트, L7 롯데 호텔이 있습니다 바딘 롯데는 혼잡합니다 참고해주세요

비교적 저렴한 가격에 잘 갖추어진 시설이 마음에 들었습니다. 직원들도 친절했으며 주변 환경도 좋았던 것 같습니다. 다소 건물이 낡긴 했지만 그래도 그가격에 그정도의 서비스면 만족합니다.

객실도 넓고 깨끗해요.직원분들도 친절해요. 주위 호수 풍경이 너무 좋아요. 저녁엔 선셋바에서 한잔하면서 야경을 보는게 최고에요. 조식도 음식종류도 많아요. 주말에만 있는건지 조식식당 입구에 오늘의요리 같은게 있던데 못먹어서 아쉬었어요.월요일 조식시간엔 없었어요

너무 즐거웠던 하노이 여행! 방이 기본적으로 쾌적하고 편안합니다. 수영장 역시 쾌적하고 좋았습니다. 소매치기도 당했었는데 호텔에서 대처를 잘해줘서 다행히 문제 없이 잘 보냈네요. 호텔 직원들 너무 친절하고 만족스러웠습니다! 음식도 맛있었습니다! 식당에서 직원들이 마스크를 끼고 일하셔서 좋았고요. 호텔 매니저 David가 정말 친절하게 안내해주고 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 투어하는데 짐도 안전하게 보관해주시고 헬스장도 넓었습니다! 코로나 검사도 직접 방문해서 하는것까지 조율해주실 수 있다고 하셨습니다!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Big thanks to all the team for making us feel so comfortable and wishing you all the success that you deserve!
