This was our 3rd Christmas spending 4 days at Platos and definitely the best yet. The whole set up is lovely from arrival to departure. The friendly greeting, being shown our room, settling in. Such a lovely atmosphere. It is so well situated making it easy to enjoy the river walks , shopping in the lovely independent shops and to enjoy great food. The Christmas meal was something else. The canapés in the bar area beforehand created a happy, bubbly, buzz that lasted through the rest of the delicious meal. The portion sizes were good making it possible to enjoy every course and not flag part way through! Presentation was beautiful. Can't wait for the next visit

Well appointed, warm and comfortable, perfect location with great quality and variety of food and drink. All topped off by super-friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure every aspect of our break was catered for excellently. Happy to recommend and we will visit again!

Wonderful stay once again and great hosting by Tony, Jess and the team as always. KL is always busy on Christmas Market weekend and the bar and restauraunt were packed out but staff handled it all superbly well. Food was super, room was excellent and the hotel location is perfect We will be back March!

Went for drinks in the evening also went for Sunday afternoon Live Music. This is a family owned Hotel with a lovely atmosphere & friendly staff. Highly recommended by us all. We will definitely be back again probably for the Christmas markets in December.
