We have been visiting a variety of different resorts in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand over the past years and this is possibly one of the better ones we have stayed at. From the collection at the airport and early check in availability to the complimentary meals, location, friendly professional staff and property standard our stay for 13 days was excellent. The Spa is must visit to iron out the COVID work from home muscle spasms. The beach is clean, water warm and view to the islands just amazing. Also a great spot to enjoy the sunset if that’s your thing! The staff are great. Fort and his team met all our needs with no fuss and a friendly smile. This was no better shown than boiled eggs being cooked to specifications and delivered to our table each morning post arrival without even asking. First class service, with thanks to Ma, Pa and Sun for looking after us in a professional way with nothing being an issue. Without hesitation we would recommend this property and are looking forward to our visit next time.

2 베드룸에서 6 박 동안 성인 4 명으로 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 침실은 꽤 작지만 수납 공간이 많고 라운지/주방 공간이 있어 좋습니다. 가장 큰 단점은 4개 사이에 욕실이 하나뿐이라는 것입니다. 사랑스러운 아침 식사 선택 (일찍 외출하는 경우 샌드위치, 과일, 패스트리 및 주스로 구성된 아침 식사 상자를 제공합니다.). 매일 무료 물이 제공됩니다. 우리는 작은 호텔이기 때문에 여기에 머무르는 것을 즐겼습니다. 약 20개의 객실만 있습니다. 우리는 도착했을 때 주로 성인이었기 때문에 성인이 되는 것만이 혜택을 받을 것이라고 느꼈지만 지난 며칠 동안 많은 가족이 있었고 수영장 지역이 매우 작기 때문에 시끄럽습니다. 이러한 이유로 수영장 접근 객실이 수영장과 매우 가깝기 때문에 권장하지 않습니다. 해변가까지 도보로 약 30분, 멋진 레스토랑까지 10분(전면보다 저렴). 번잡함에서 떨어져 있지만 원하는 경우 걷기에 충분히 가깝기 때문에 훌륭한 위치입니다. 정해진 시간에는 셔틀 버스도 있습니다. 택시 예약에 호텔을 사용하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 매우 비싸기 때문입니다. 그들은 웹 사이트에서 무료 자전거를 광고했지만 2 개만 있었고 둘 다 타이어가 펑크가있었습니다. 모두 사랑스러운 직원이있는 훌륭한 위치에있는 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

상대적으로 사람이 적고 해변에서 놀 수 있습니다. 호텔에는 바와 레스토랑이 있습니다. 가격이 조금 비싸고 돈을 가져올 필요가 없습니다. 객실 번호를 직접 등록하고 계좌를 기록할 수 있습니다. 섬에 나갈 때 호텔 로비에서 직접 예약 할 수 있고 보트가 호텔까지 데리러 오기 때문에 매우 편리합니다 ~ ~단점은 시내에서 조금 멀다는 점입니다. 여행할 때 자동차를 찾거나 배터리 카를 렌트하는 데 호텔의 도움이 필요합니다~~

Had a fantastic stay here , from the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive despite the rather strange check in system in place. The room was spotless , and was always well maintained , we had a deluxe jacuzzi room . .. the view was fabulous but we were expecting something a little more than an jaccuzzi bath you would see in a house bathroom for one person ... Which for that reason was never used .. and as comfortable as the room was .. it was getting dated .. however it didn't dampen our spirits as it was still lovely, we came to spend our time outside .. and there were absolutely no disappointments there , situated right on the beach with a lovely tree with a rope swing providing some much needed shade , and the sea no more than a few steps at high tide .. it was literally heavenly .. the changing views across the sea to the scattered islands changing with the sun from morning to evening and the sunsets are breathtaking and not to be missed , boat taxis visit the beach regularly and are very reasonable and definitely worth using for a private tour of the islands . breakfast was fantastic and always plentiful and delicious , infact the only real disappointment was eating and drinking at the restaurant at night , despite it having postcard views the service , food and drink was very underwhelming , and dare I say at times frustrating .. and with the resort being relatively isolated dining out isn't just a wander down the street , missing orders , incorrect bills , slow inattentive staff , and communication problems due to language barriers seemed to occur frequently with the staff at night , something which was never evident at any other time , fortunately as a frequent business traveller also I always try to avoid charging to my room to avoid any billing issues , innocent mistakes seemed to be the norm at night .. and easy to miss with a quick signature .. .. that said we had a fabulous stay and I'm sure that we were maybe just unlucky as it was quiet due to the time of year .. definitely a great place to stay at particularly for couples looking for a quiet relaxed time .. lastly .. honest rating would be more 3.7 ..

First impression is good, staff are lovely and very welcoming and the setting of the hotel is beautiful. Got our bags taken up to the room and that’s about where the good parts end for this. We then thought it would be nice after a long flight from the UK to go up to the pool area for a beer and a sunbathe, however the pool areas are filthy, the pool had green slime and leaves in and the beds were just as bad. It’s a shame really since the indoor areas of the hotel are well kept. The breakfast is good and the hotel has a shuttle to the beach every hour even though it’s just a 15 minute walk. For anyone wanting to come away for a relax with a pint in hand, this also isn’t the place for that. A very strict Muslim hotel so no alcohol on the premises. We weren’t aware of this at the time of booking so was a bit of a shame, wouldn’t have minded if we could have still relaxed by the pool. The final nail in the coffin though was the massive cockroach on the wall on our final night. Overall would never ever stay here again. A very generous 3 stars since the staff were lovely, amenities close by and the indoor areas were generally clean and nice

Super impressed with this hotel. Great communication - arranging transport to and from the Airport , and flexibility with earlier arrival than initially booked. Room was spacious and clean…plus it was decorated in my fav colours!! Housekeeping kept giving us clean beach towels every day and the rooms were cleaned super fast. The room had amazing views from a spacious balcony. There were a couple of issues - air conditioning wasn’t working too well and a blocked lav - calls to the front desk were answered and someone was sent up right away to fix both problems within 10-20 mins. Very efficient! The breakfast was all you can eat and had a variety of food the choose from…Western and Thai. Spent a lot of time at the beach bar…great drinks (Mango Daiquiri so yum) and the food was great for a quick snack. Plus you can’t beat the view of the beach. Both pools were great as well! I enjoyed my stay and would go back there for sure!! Thank you Ao Nang Villa Resort!
