1706호실은 괜찮았어요. 하지만 LCD TV는 32인치 TV만 지원하기 때문에 크기가 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 요즘 TV 가격에 비하면 너무 나쁘네요. 최소 46인치 이상으로 개선해주세요. 또한, 다른 호텔에서 제공하는 탄산음료나 주스 등의 음료 편의용품도 함께 제공해 주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

一進度假村，服務員就會把行李送進下榻的房間裏。我們還會戴上手環，也是房卡和進入度假村的通行證。 客房的房間是在木屋裡，21平很小，一邊靠海，一邊靠木屋。外面的景色很好，早上被小鳥叫醒，走路不到三分鐘就到海邊可以看日出。 度假村的環境很好，共有四個餐廳，另一個海邊還有一個餐廳。我們一般都在主餐廳用餐，海邊餐廳需要提前在手機裏預約才行，我們有幸去了兩次。 度假村有一個露天大泳池，分小童和成人幾個池子。帆船和橡皮艇坐小火車去海邊餐廳那裡，需要排隊等候。 這裏前台到餐廳，幾乎所有區域都有中文服務員，對華人很友好。無語言障礙，奈斯！ 這裡有從幾歲到十幾歲的孩子的託管，大人們在這裏可以偷偷給自己放個假。 因為在這裡是一價全包，3晚不到7000的消費，加上各方面的服務，還是非常推薦的。有機會一定還會來這裏度假。

The resort is nicely set up. Lots of trees and those who love nature wld definately love this place. The issue is the staff are mostly new and without much knowledge and not much sure they are properly trained/guided. Some whom are locals, don’t seem to be able to speak proper English. The restaurant is always infested with flies. Be careful of what u eat there. During my few days there for bfast, there were flies everywhere. Flies were dancing here and there on the food and our table. Some of their food is not covered and even their staff saw it but like just cldnt be bothered. Food taste is just ok only. Bicycles for free to use. But not maintained with many spoilt and useable. The room was ok. Spacious n clean. The villa’s pool was a bit dirty. I wonder how often they clean the pool. I understand sometimes leaves and other debris will drop in but it was dirty. Luckily upon my complaint, the staff came quickly to clean it, though wasn’t properly cleaned. The pool’s metal railing steps were moldy. The resort is big with beautiful landscapes. but sadly not properly maintained, not well kept. One can see debris and fallen leaves which were there for many days unattended. They seem to be lacked of staff to do the cleaning or at else, sweep it. It sad to see such beautiful resort to end up like tis.

3박 결제하였으나 2박 투숙하고 친정아버지의 급작스런 별세소식에 1박은 포기하고 급히 귀국했고,, 이런 사정을 얘기하고 1박부분 환불을 부탁드려보았으나 짤없더군요,, 세계적인 체인호텔인 하얏트호텔인데,, 비록 임박한 1박을 취소했고,, 기존 호텔 정책은 이해하지만,, 이런 일생에 한번 있을까말까한 특별한 상황을 인도적 차원에서 해결해줄순 없었을지 아주 많이 실망스럽고 많이 아쉬웠습니다,, 사정을 얘기하니 예정되었던 다른 호텔은 흔쾌히 무료취소 해주더군요,, 하얏트도 그렇게 해주었다면 무한 감동이고 역시 이름값 하는구나 하고 기억에 많이 남을 숙박지가 되었었을텐데,,, 하얏트콴탄은 객실빼고는 식당이고 리셉션이고 다 야외와 접해있어서 건기인 7월말 날씨에 투숙했는데 너무 더워서 좀 힘들더군요,, 시설이나 바다와 접한 위치, 주변식당도 접근성이 좋아서 그런면에선 좋았습니다,, I paid for 3 nights, but after staying for 2 nights, I gave up on staying 1 night and returned home in a hurry due to the news of my father's sudden death. I tried to explain the situation and ask for a refund for one night, but there was no solution. Hyatt Hotel is a global hotel chain. Even though I canceled my impending one-night stay,, I understand the existing hotel policy,,, A special, once-in-a-lifetime situation like this Couldn’t it have been resolved on a humanitarian level? I was very disappointed and very disappointed,, When I told them about the situation, they happily canceled the other hotel I had planned on for free. He did it,, If Hyatt did the same, I would be extremely touched and think it lives up to its name. It must have been a memorable stay,,, At Hyatt Kuantan, except for the rooms, the restaurant and reception are all adjacent to the outdoors. I stayed at the end of July, which is the dry season, and it was so hot that it was a bit difficult. Facilities, location facing the sea, and nearby restaurants are also easily accessible. It was good in that respect,,

There are 2 types of rooms i.e Villa & Chalet. We stays at Chalet which is more cheaper & different types of buildings. There are 2 terrace buildings with 2 storey & 3 storey . We took ground floor of the 2 storey.The room is just nice for us with living area (forgot to take the photo) and clean. Since our room is just next to the staircase, we can hear upstairs guest talking & kids playing & knocking the floor 😀 The ambiance of the chalet is good and clean. It’s about 150 meter to the beach. Clean fine sand beach! I was informed by one of the guest, the beach is the only beach in Peninsular of Malaysia that suitable for surfing! No rogue waves with sloping beach. No wonder there is a cottage for you to rent surfing board and there is a coach for those who want to learn surfing. Not much menu for breakfast but is acceptable since i assume it’s just a 3 star chalet. If you prefer to eat outside, there are eatery place nearby. Just a walking distance. We have dinner at a stall in front the chalet entrance. Will i come here again? Definitely!

가족과 함께 이곳에 묵는 것은 이번이 처음입니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 어린이용 수영장은 미끄럼틀과 물튀김이 있어서 매우 즐거웠습니다. 우리도 해변에 가야 했어요. 조식도 맛있고 음식도 다양하고 다 맛있었어요. 우리는 마지막 날에 키즈 클럽이 있다는 것을 방금 알았고, 실내 게임장에 들어가려면 양말을 신어야 합니다. 전반적으로, 우리 가족은 3일 2일 동안 이곳에 머무는 것을 즐겼습니다.

출장을 자주 다니는 사람으로서 최근에 AC Hotel Kuantan에 머물면서 의견을 공유하고 싶었습니다. 전반적으로 호텔에서의 경험은 긍정적이었습니다. 시설은 잘 관리되어 있었고 직원들은 친절하고 수용 적이었습니다. 그러나 객실 에어컨 시스템에 문제가 발생했습니다. 편안한 초기 온도에도 불구하고 몇 시간 후에 방이 따뜻해지기 시작했다는 것을 알았습니다. 호텔 직원이 문제를 해결하고 해결하기 위해 조치를 취하는 데 시간이 걸렸습니다. 유지 보수 문제가 발생할 수 있다는 것을 이해하지만, 호텔이 향후 이러한 우려에 대한 응답 시간을 개선하여 고객이 지속적으로 편안한 숙박을 보장하기를 바랍니다.

쉽게 졸 수 있다면 침구의 품질이 좋은 것입니다. 제대로 된 4성급 호텔 방의 느낌, 아주 괜찮은 냄새, 출장으로 혼자 여행하기에 매우 만족스러운 방이었습니다. 범죄자. (1) 마칸(식사) 조금 수사(어렵다). 하지만 가장 가까운 코피티암은 거의 2km 거리에 있는 케마만 코피티암입니다. (2) 교외 찬성. (1) 좋은 방. (2) 쉽게 출입할 수 있음 - 주차는 자기 집과 같습니다(다른 차가 방해가 될 경우 약간의 인내심을 가져야 함을 제외하고).
