AAdair이 호텔에서의 제 경험은 좋았습니다. 공항 옆에 있고 호텔에서 셔틀 서비스를 제공합니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 저는 좋은 숙박을 했습니다.

리리뷰어이 호텔은 매우 깨끗했습니다. 대부분은 비교적 새롭다는 사실과 관련이 있다고 확신합니다. 그리고 직원들은 계속 청소하고있었습니다. 객실은 조용하고 매우 편안합니다! 침대와 베개는 내가 잤던 것 중 가장 편안했고 한낮에도 그늘을 당길 때 방은 매우 어둡습니다. 우리 방에는 샤워 만 있었고, 샤워 욕조 콤보를 갖는 것이 좋았지 만,이 방과 호텔에 별 5 개를 줄 것입니다! 위치는 쇼핑과 레스토랑에 이상적입니다. 또한 FT 외곽에 있습니다. 그만한 가치가있어 교통량이 너무 끔찍하지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 괜찮은 선택, 와플, 계란, 베이컨, 오트밀, 요구르트, 시리얼, 머핀, 주스 및 커피를 먹었습니다. 부정적인 : 수영장은 얼어 붙었다! 실내 수영장을 위해 난방이 될 것이라고 생각했습니다 ...

Kkien yewI recently stayed here and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. 리리뷰어발렛과 인사는 친절하고 환영했습니다. 우리 주니어 스위트는 매우 훌륭하고 깨끗했습니다. 거실에 하나, 침실에 두 개의 TV 세트가 있다는 사실에 기쁘게 놀랐습니다. 실내수영장 면적은 협소하지만 아이들과 함께 여행하지 않고 떠다니는 것도 좋았습니다. 자쿠지는 내 취향에 뜨거웠지만 남편에게는 충분히 뜨겁지 않았습니다. 자쿠지에는 강한 제트 스트림이 없었습니다. 불행히도, 여성 화장실은 싱크대가 없습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다! 신선한 뜨거운 팬케이크와 계란을 주문했습니다. 전반적으로, 나는 그것을 4.8의 점수를 줄 것입니다. 안타깝게도 안뜰 지역은 대중에게 사용할 수 없었습니다. 위치, 서비스, 그리고 지금은 행사를 위한 장소가 있다는 것을 알고 있기 때문에 고등학교 동창회를 위해 이 위치를 홍보할 것이라는 것을 알고 있습니다.

리리뷰어I want to let the whole World Wide Web know what a wonderful person the manager, Tiffany, at this hotel is. I am a nurse who came out of retirement to work for TX Health & Human Services at half the pay for what nurses are paid these days because I wanted to advocate for the vulnerable population I serve and the state is so understaffed as a result of the COVID pandemic. I investigate abuse & neglect in group homes that house the Adult IDD population (Down’s Syndrome, profound Autism, etc.) The job requires me to travel across the state M-F and stay in hotels. I made a reservation at this hotel 2 weeks in advance per state policy through Hotel Engine and came down with COVID symptoms which were subsequently confirmed by testing the night before I traveled. I was running a fever and frankly forgot all about canceling my reservation at this hotel. Room/tax is always direct billed to the state, but the state Credit Card had not been added yet to my profile in Hotel Engine since I was still a new employee. I saw the charges on my AMX bill a few days later from this Marriott. And this is where Tiffany’s outstanding empathy and customer service comes in. I called the hotel and left a message for Tiffany on her voice mail- crying throughout the message – because I could ill afford the charges and because I was very sick, asking for her to please refund my AMX and explaining that I had COVID. I also asked her to reach out to my manager who could confirm my absence from work and provide my testing results. But Tiffany did not call me back, and Tiffany did not remove the charges. I was directed by my manager to contact Hotel Engine. Hotel Engine has contacted Tiffany two times over the last 60 days explaining the situation and offering to provide proof of my COVID status for the week in question. Tiffany has given the same response both times: It is the hotel’s policy, and that policy is clearly stated, to require cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours in order to receive a full refund. I did not meet that obligation and she is not under any obligation to refund the charges. I agree with her and always have. What I was asking for, what Hotel Engine was asking for, what the State of Texas was asking for, was a little heart. Please when you visit this hotel, let Tiffany know that in the event she has family members who are now, or find themselves in the future, to be in vulnerable populations where they no longer have the agency to advocate for themselves, she can rely on people like me to step up and insure they are protected and receive the proper care from those who are paid to provide services for them under the state of Texas’ Medicaid waiver programs. Because I have a heart that beats.

리리뷰어My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

PpjshooterkbThe staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do
