리리뷰어호텔은 방의 어둡고 칙칙한 장식 ... 어두운 갈색, 겨자 및 어두운 오렌지 색상과 더불어 우리가 원했던 것에 완벽했다. 나는 당신이 임대 할 콘도에서 볼 수있는 가벼운 파란색 또는 가벼운 녹색 방으로 걸어 간다고 상상했습니다. 이 색상은 어둡고 필사적으로 개조해야합니다. 욕실은 확실히 더 좋은 날을 보았습니다 ... 목욕 기지는 약간 거칠게 보였지만 더 어두운 외관을 유지하는 반 미끄럼 매트가있었습니다. 샤워 문이 줄 지어 있고 제대로 맞지 않았습니다. 기본적으로 약간 지저분하고 매력적이지 않았습니다!
그러나 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 발코니는 훌륭합니다. 클럽 10 레벨은 어린이 무료 구역을 허용하여 더 조용하며 무료 배달 아침 식사 또는 아침 식사 요금을 줄이기위한 바우처를 제공합니다. @ Blakes Bistro & 나는 무료 발렛 주차를 믿습니다 (물론 팁은 제외하고!)

DDevyani NWe were a guest who was fortunate enough to not stay in GRAND GALVEZ .But decided to dine in Monarch Restaurant after looking at the hotel review.The reservation was at 9 pm but we got there early about 8.45pm. We were greeted by a lady in the host stand. She offered a table option (banquet or a table) we took the banquet. We were seated there,I took a look around there was no one in the restaurant except us. It took 15 min for someone to comes to our table. My husband order for a bottle of rose wine. Which to my surprise the bottle was already open. I'm a hospitality professional too. So when the bottle was brought to me the label was already open. We were not even asked if we actually wanted still or sparking water. We were served two water. The rose was served to me as my husband was going drinking. My husband wanted lemon wedges which literally took 15min to get to table,Neither I was offered a taste before serving. Nevertheless the server asked if we need anything else. And we were ready to order. But she left and came back after a while. We order for the catch of day (Red Snapper for me and my husband opt for a grilled chicken). While we were waiting for the food to come. My husband noticed that the table was wobbling. We still ignore but the wobbling got worse. The server got our food we were so excited to try to food. The first bite I took what I saw was a prawn that was not deveined. I kept it aside. The grilled chicken was completely burnt out from the bottom and still it was served. We didn't wanted to make any scene so we started eating. The server came back to check if everything was fine. I did mention about the prawn. After a while she came back to two piece of prawn as complimentary. It so embarrassing as I expected at least a manager will come by so that I could asked for a table change as it was getting difficult to eat in a wobbling table. I never wanted a free or complimentary prawn. After a while the host came back to check we did mention about the table. To my surprise was she took a napkin asked my husband to push himself aside and stuffed a napkin underneath. It was so shocking that the whole restaurant was empty and we was not offered a alternative table. To my notice I could see that have set up the table for breakfast so I assume that any other was not available for us. It was so disappointing that we literally felt that the staff was treating us to be less capable of having to afford to eat the restaurant. To add up to all this we had flies in and around our table and fruit flies in and around our food too. To be honest I didn't wanted to take a single bite of the foot anymore. Myself and my husband left our food half done. After all this we wanted to just leave and asked for the check. The server did not even bother to check why we barely touch our food. The server and the lady who sat us brings us a cheese cake for my birthday and apologize for the inconvenience. It was evident that the restaurant close at 10.00p

리리뷰어호텔 자체는 약간의 업데이트를 사용할 수 있습니다. 그러나 현실적으로 해변에서 하루 종일 놀고 매화를 입고 나면 호텔로 돌아와서 청소하고 휴식을 취할 때 마지막으로 걱정되는 것은 페인트 칩, 균열, 울퉁불퉁한 바닥 등입니다. 청소 숙녀가 온 후에 매번 물건에 꽤 느슨한 머리카락을 발견했지만, 이봐 ... McDs (🤢)에서도 같은 일이 발생하지만 이번에는 그들이 청소 한 것을 먹지 않았습니다. 그래서 모두 ... 큰 엄지 손가락! 훌륭한 위치, 편안한 침대, 괜찮은 가격, 쉬운 체크인, 친절한 서비스,

We stayed in Roman 211. We stayed there on November 4th and 5th 2022 and were there for the Lone Star Rally. The room was decent, except for some sort of hole in the floor under the carpet which was fairly large and enough to make you trip. They advertise continental breakfast but at checkin we were told there was no breakfast. Upon waking up on the 5th and doing our thing around town, we returned at around 3:00pm and discovered that our room keys had been deactivated. The front desk clerk told us that it is policy to reset the keys everyday. Also, upon coming back to our room, we noticed that housekeeping had not passed. When I talked to the front desk about needed new towels and wash cloths, we were told that housekeeping doesn’t clean occupied rooms. All of this for a total of $503 for the weekend. I know it was during a special event but for that much money, they could have provided breakfast as advertised and had housekeeping straighten up a little.

리리뷰어The first night I was there they gave my room key to a very drunk that wasn't a registered guest, I called the office to ask for help. They said someone will be right up, NO ONE EVER came. I finally had to call the police after about an hour of her banging and yelling at my door, my children frightened of course. They took her to jail. I went down to the office to see why someone gave my key to this very very drunk lady. Not even bothering you check with me to see if I wanted her to have a key or if I knew her or anything. The one guy that was there said I don't know who have her a key. Lying straight to my face. I asked when the manager would be in and name, he said 10 and gave me a guys name. Considering how late it, I wanted to calm my daughters down and get them to sleep. The next morning, I made them change my room. I went from a partial ocean view to a brink wall view. The room was like a cave! Not to mention giant bugs and baseboards literally falling down. This was around 11ish, I waited was for the manager. The manager didn't even get there until 1145a. Then when I asked to speak to him and was informed it was a woman (another lie) she would even come out of her office to talk to me about my safety concerns for my children and I. Telling me to speak with the GM the following day when I would already be gone. I asked for a refund they said since I need oked through them I would have to cancel through them first. I spent and hour or n the phone with them as they we're unsuccessfully able to get ahold of the manager who was the one one who could fix this issue. However, again she refused to talk to anyone. However passing along the message since it was after 12 she wasn't going to give me a refund for the night I wasn't staying or doing anything to fix the issue from the night before. At this police police and my lawyer are going to have to get involved since clearly they do not care about the safety and well being of their guest. Nor, give refunds when they screw up. So I had to cut the trip short and watch my daughters cry because we we're now going to have to drive 6hrs home and not get to play in the sand. I paid 675 bucks for this nightmare! Not to mention the deposit! So livid right now!
