Nice hotel, right off the highway, with free parking and free breakfast. Getting downtown took a bit longer than we bargained for - twenty to thirty minutes depending on traffic. There's a restaurant downstairs and a supermarket right across the road.

We loved this hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, modern, nicely furnished and had a pristine bathroom. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast. The hot breakfast was handy when we had a lot of activiities planned for our 4 day stay and easily kept hunger at bay past lunch. Levis itself is very pretty down by the river and it was easy and convenient to the ferry to hop on, go across and spend a day and evening walking around Old Town Quebec. The hotel was in a good location right off the highway and had restautants, shopping and conveniences nearby. Would definitely stay at this hogel again.

A modern, comfortable hotel close to Highway 20. Room was clean with a very large bathroom. Nice touches included a soaker tub and a Nespresso machine. Area is a newer mixed land use neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and residential units. Is an upscale area. Hotel price was reasonable compared to other properties in the area when comparing amenities and quality. Service was excellent.

Stayed August 2024. Check-in and out was easy. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. The high ceilings are very nice. Front desk lent us a block as there’s no usb port in the room. A very good breakfast with loads of variety served with a smile. We really wanted to swim. Hot tub was hot. Pool water was not moving and had gobs of hair and spit floating on top. Went to the desk for a chat and the next morning water was moving and clear and we could smell the chlorine so someone had attended to it. Too late for us so we were disappointed but hopefully the next guests enjoyed it.

Very well equipped and comfortable hotel in a quiet location that would be perfect for travellers passing through. Comfortable queen beds, lovely hot shower with great water pressure, coffee machine in foyer and a satisfying breakfast. All in all this is a great hotel, however this is based a long way from the city centre, at around a 30-40 minute Uber ride direct to old town or a 15 minute Uber and 15 minute ferry this is definitely not a destination for the tourist without vehicles who are intending to stay a few days. We were able to Uber into Old Town the first day, then ferried back to Levi’s and tried to book an Uber with no luck and had to walk the approximate 5 kms back to the hotel. The hotel would definitely benefit if offering a free daily shuttle to and from the ferry for their guests.

나는 2023년 6월에 이 기숙사 레지던스에 전용 욕실이 있는 싱글룸에서 3박을 했습니다. 전반적으로 군더더기 없고 문제가 없는 숙박이었습니다. 방은 작았지만 기능적이었고 학생 거주자가 있는 장소에 놀라울 정도로 조용했습니다. 시트는 조금 더 깨끗할 수 있습니다. 도착했을 때 눈치채는 머리카락이 있었습니다. 욕실은 깨끗했고 수압은 좋았습니다. 직원들도 도움이되었고 적절한 영어를 구사했습니다. 나는 밤에 여기에 도착했고 Google지도를 사용하여 그것을 찾는 데 문제가 없었습니다. 주변 지역은 평화롭지 만 이것은 Old Quebec까지 25-minute 드라이브 인 Sainte Foy에 있습니다. 거의 1시간이 소요되는 올드 퀘벡으로 가는 지역 버스를 탈 수 있습니다. 운이 좋게도 내가 거기에 머물렀던 3박 동안 버스가 파업을 벌였기 때문에 퀘벡 시내로 가려면 비싼 Uber를 타야 했습니다. 단점: 이 지역 근처에 식품점이 없어서 주로 Ubereats를 음식 배달에 사용했습니다. 퀘벡에서 며칠만 머물면 몇 달러를 더 내서 도시 중심부에 숙박 시설을 갖는 것이 좋습니다.

Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff, especially Norbert, is friendly and helpful and very tolerant of my attempts at the French language. It's located a little away from sites to see because of the volume of traffic in Levis. Breakfast is included with the room and there is an excellent restaurant across the street (Normandin).
