Awful experience!The room was dated and literally had wall paper peeling off the walls. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and rattled. You couldn't just turn on the light without the obnoxious fan. The air conditioner was also noisy & made clanging noises. The elevator is slow & it didn't feel safe. The pool was dirty. The bed was as hard as a board. The door they had you park at wasn't working & they had it propped open. The front staff got mad at me when I propped it open for 30 seconds to grab something quickly out of my car in handicap parking & told me I would need to walk & use the farther doors. The breakfast was adequate but the counter they serve you on is broken. I was incredibly unimpressed with this place. I was supposed to have a Mountain view room & they didn't give me the correct room. At the end I asked for a slightly late checkout because I wasn't feeling good & they told me no. I explained the situation & they literally wouldn't even give me 15 minutes extra. I was shocked. I've never had hotel staff treat me so rudely. They also only refresh the rooms Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. I left for the day on Friday & when I got back my room wasn't touched. I called the front desk to see if they could do it & they put me on hold & never took me off hold to tell me if it could be done. Also, it was loud as you could see light coming through the thin doors. Not cool! The sink had no cold water so I couldn't even get a drink of cold water & would burn my hands when trying to wash them. It was an awful experience. Also, to top it all off I called the hotel before arriving & they told me my stay had been canceled. I had gone through ******* & they told me it was booked. ******* had to call the hotel to tell them that yes I should have a room. It took 6 calls & many hours to make sure it was all straight. It's a mess. Seriously, take my word for it... Stay somewhere else!
