객실은 크고 깨끗하며 완벽합니다. 수영장 지역은 아쉬운 점이 많습니다. 매우 친절한 직원. 나는 섬이 그만한 가치가 없기 때문에 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다. 천국처럼 보이는 해변은 돌로 가득 차 있고 수영을 할 수 없습니다.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of service, so friendly, natural and every single person had a huge genuine smile. Our room was stunning as was the whole hotel, we celebrated my wifes 50th there with our three teenagers and we really could not have been anywhere better, we were all made to feel exceptionally special. It was the most amazing stay, beautiful location, stunning rooms, outstanding food and really impeccable service, we will be going back and can’t recommend Tugu enough.

**Rating: 9/10** We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Gili Trawangan! We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Hery, whose hospitality and professionalism set the tone for our entire visit. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-thought-out architecture and décor that creates a unique atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and of very high quality, providing all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. One of the hotel's highlights is its private beach, where you can enjoy your breakfast, have meals, or simply watch the sunset. It’s truly a little piece of paradise. Overall, we were very impressed. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Bravo to the team!

이곳은 5명의 가족(11세, 13세, 17세 어린이)과 함께 며칠을 보낼 수 있는 가장 아름다운 장소였습니다. 빌라는 정말 환상적이었지만 야외 빌라이고 Gili T는 매우 덥기 때문에 야외 공간에 앉아 있으면 상당히 따뜻할 수 있다는 점을 명심하세요. 침실에는 에어컨이 매우 잘 갖추어져 있고 야외 욕실이 마음에 들었습니다. 우리는 라마단 기간에 방문했고 밤새 현지 모스크에서 멀리 떨어진 곳에서 카란이 희미하게 연주되는 것을 듣는 것도 좋아했습니다. 우리는 리셉션에서 자전거를 빌려 아름다운 섬을 탐험했습니다. 우리는 각각 2.50달러에 스노클을 고용했고 해변에서 바로 스노클링을 했으며(암초 신발을 착용하는 것이 필수입니다) 매우 다양한 밝은 색상의 물고기를 보았습니다. 신선한 과일과 빵이 신선한 주스와 함께 제공되고 아침 메뉴에서 항목을 선택할 수 있는 아침 식사가 포함되어 있어 마음에 들었습니다. 우리도 여기에서 사랑스러운 점심과 저녁을 먹었습니다. 우리는 마지막 목적지로 몸이 좋지 않은 섬에 도착했고 직원들은 스무디와 코코넛 물을 우리 방으로 보내는 데 더 이상 수용할 수 없었습니다. 밤늦게까지 아들을 위해 의사를 배정하고 우리가 아플 때 자전거를 타고 돌아다니는 자유를 좋아했던 17세 딸을 돌보았습니다. 우리 빌라(3번)에서 해변까지의 전망은 놀라웠습니다. 나는 어린 아이들이 그곳이 매우 덥다고 생각하고 그다지 즐기지 않았기 때문에 아마도 어린 아이들 없이 다시 돌아오고 싶습니다. 우리는 리조트에 호주인이 거의 없었고 대부분의 다른 손님은 유럽인이라는 것을 알았습니다. 이는 또한 이것이 실제 휴가처럼 느껴지게 했습니다!!! 저는 Gili Eco Villa의 직원들이 훌륭했고 우리의 숙박을 지금처럼 기억에 남게 만들기 위해 더 이상 할 수 없었다는 점을 강조하고 싶습니다.

This is a beautiful resort, however it is in the middle of nowhere and closes early. If you are looking for total relaxation, a secluded beach to yourself and to be tucked up in bed by 9pm then this is the place to come as it is so peaceful and beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a 14 day island hopping tour but we prefer more life. There were only about 4 other rooms of people staying and on our first night we went for dinner at 7pm. By 8.15pm we were the only ones left. by 8.30pm with breakfast set up around us is was clear it was time to go, so at we found ourselves back in our room drinking water when we are usually going out at that time! We went on a pre-arranged tour the next day and bought some drinks and snacks at a shop for the following night. The staff on the second two nights were much friendlier and the restaurant was open a bit later but still closed by about 9.15pm. The staff were really friendly but without many other guests it just lacked any kind of atmosphere or life. Hopefully as it gets busier it will feel much and stay open later as it deserves to be fully booked as the facilities and beach are wonderful.
