혼자 온 동양인 여자는 기본적으로 무시가 깔려 있더군요. 처음 도착하여 체크인 할 때 데스크 직원은 카드를 변경하여 결제하겠다는 요청에 상당히 귀찮아 하는 모습을 보였고, 저녁식사 시간에 식당에서는 맥주를 주문하고 나니 커트러리를 모두 치워버리고 맥주를 가져다 주면서 딱! 나에게만 컵을 가져다 주지 않았습니다. 처음에는 모르고 마시다가 옆테이블 서양인이 주문한 맥주에는 컵이 딸려 오는걸 보고 알았습니다. 또한 결제를 마치고 나오는 길에 직원 하나가 쫓아나와서 결제를 하지 않았으니 방번호를 적고선 체크아웃 시에 결제하도록 하더군요. 쫓아 올라가서 말하지 않았다면 두번 결제해야 하는 상황이 생겼겠죠. 최악이었습니다. 두번 다시 오지 않을 곳이지만 혼자오는 동양인 여자라면 절대 이곳으로 오지 마세요.

객실은 크고 깨끗하며 완벽합니다. 수영장 지역은 아쉬운 점이 많습니다. 매우 친절한 직원. 나는 섬이 그만한 가치가 없기 때문에 돌아 오지 않을 것입니다. 천국처럼 보이는 해변은 돌로 가득 차 있고 수영을 할 수 없습니다.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of service, so friendly, natural and every single person had a huge genuine smile. Our room was stunning as was the whole hotel, we celebrated my wifes 50th there with our three teenagers and we really could not have been anywhere better, we were all made to feel exceptionally special. It was the most amazing stay, beautiful location, stunning rooms, outstanding food and really impeccable service, we will be going back and can’t recommend Tugu enough.

Harmony Villa is just amazing offering the perfect balance of luxury, service, quality and peacefulness for an ideal vacation with your spouse or significant other. My husband and I recently returned from a magical 8 days and were blown away by this property. The staff, simply stated, is amazing. They get to know you personally and everyone from the owner Lorraine to Hajar, Eza, Ali and the other lads were off the charts. The service is impeccable yet non-intrusive. Lorraine and Hajar are the embodiment of hospitality. They offered us recommendations to make sure our vacation was the right mix of exploration and relaxation. Our Villa was well appointed with amenities you would expect. The villa itself was spacious yet intimate. We did not hear our neighbors at all during the entire eight days we stayed there. A small refrigerator is available. There were plenty of hangers in the closet and robes you could use. It has very relaxing patio furniture in the balcony. I usually don't comment about toilets, but the one in our villa was huge! What makes the property ideal is that its centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket and a lot of restaurants. The stay was always going to be magical on this gorgeous island, but Harmony Villa took it to a level of unexpected perfection that will keep us singing their praises. Thank you to all of the incredible team for going above and beyond in making our stay truly special! We highly recommend this place.

빌라는 깨끗하고 편안했으며 에어컨은 잘 작동했습니다. 거북이가 아침에 헤엄치는 아름다운 해변에 위치하고 있습니다. 음식은 훌륭했고 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

지은지 얼마 안 된 새로운 리조트 언덕위에 위치해서 방에서도, 메인 풀장에서도 뷰가 좋았어요. 방마다 개인 풀장이 있지만 뷰는 메인 풀장이 가장 좋았는데, 방에 풀장이 다 있다 보니깐, 메인 풀장에 사람이 없어서 여유롭게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 3일동안 어디 안 나가가고 안에서 즐겼는데 음식도 다 맛있었어요. 방 디자인도 이쁘고요. 조금 소음이 있긴한데, 그걸 배려해서인지 룸안에 이어플러그도 있었어요. 룸서비스나, 타월같은걸 티비로 시킬 수있는 것도 특이했고요!! 아 !그리고 욕조 옆에있는 커텐?! 열 수 있으니까 어떻게 여는지 꼭 물어봐서 멋진 뷰를 보면서 반신욕해보세요!!

시마를 사랑했습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭했고 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 넓은 객실과 위치는 모든 것을 좋은 목록에 나열할 수 없지만 미래의 손님이 알 수 없을 정도로 명확하지 않은 추가 사항을 살펴보겠습니다. - 손님 1인당 무료 10분 마사지는 훌륭했습니다. - 레스토랑은 맛있고 합리적인 가격입니다. - 객실 책상에는 3개의 핀 영국 소켓이 있으며 객실당 1개입니다. 매우 유용합니다! - 주요 도로에 있지만 객실은 뒤로 설정되어 있어 평화롭습니다. - 수영장은 사랑스럽고 주변 지역은 매우 예쁘고 고요합니다. - 사진보다 훨씬 아름답습니다. - 매우 친절한 리셉션과 WhatsApp에서 도움이 됩니다. - 다시 직원들은 사랑스럽고 도움이 되었습니다. 그들 모두, 그들은 당신을 환영한다고 느끼기 위해 계속해서 나아갑니다. 비판적으로 아침 베이커리 항목은 개미를 많이 물기가 불가능했지만 계란과 사랑스러운 와플은 충분했습니다! 또한 레스토랑과 스파가 손님과 같은 가격이라는 사실에 실망했습니다. 호텔 투숙객은 최소한 레스토랑에서 할인을 받아야 합니다. 개선할 사소한 영역이 있는 전체 5* 리뷰 지난 3개월 동안 꾸따, 우붓, 롬복, 퍼스, 랑카위, 쿠알라룸푸르, 코리페에 가본 사람으로부터 이것은 우리가 그 시간에 가진 최고의 호텔이었습니다!

Guys, thank you a lot for our comfortable stay at yr hotel. I am from Russia and I took mom with me to see and explore beautiful Indonesia🇮🇩. We were staying for 5 days in May 23 at Deluxe Ocean View. Both of us did enjoy our stay, especially: 🌟the very hospitable and attentive personnel. Guys, 5 stars to you and our special thanks to those at restaurant: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman and sending our yummy thanks to the Cook🙏(Sorry if I misspelled yr names) You are doing yr job greatly: very considerate, heartful and super helpful😇 We were ordering meal from the restaurant and it took Max 30 mins to get it delivered and again thanks to Sunny and Wowan and great Cook; one day they even put extra Krupuks as they noticed that I liked those. Hearty thanks to the Girls at reception! (Don't remember the names 😏) Super beautiful and helpful🙏 🌟the territory is nice: with nice views plus a great big swimming pool with all the necessary facilities 🌟cleanliness of rooms and a good quality of furniture, bed linen! Clean, tidy and very charming to stay in rooms and enjoy time in the quite spacious balcony (of our Deluxe Ocean view) 🌟AC is working greatly Bad things/ Disadvantages 👎and things to improve: ⛔ there was No internet at all - so I could not do my distant work and lost money bcz of that((( (We were said that this was on the whole island.. some problem but anyway NO WiFi and ⛔No Working TV set as it's work depends directly on work of the Internet ⛔some corners on the territory are not clean and with some old shabby, not used stuff.. for example, spa zone is closed and dirty downstairs as not in use. ⛔the beach line is super small and some rubbish there as locals come to it and leave garbage😔 and it is totally impossible to swim cause we were said that there are tides and waves and that's why it is not safe

이 호텔은 많은 잠재력을 가지고 있습니다. 직원과 서비스는 훌륭하고 매우 친절했습니다. 위치는 다른 호텔에 비해 고립되어 있지만 내 방의 발코니에서 나는 조용하고 파도 소리가 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔의 절반은 여전히 보수 공사 중이지만 나머지 절반의 내 방은 아름답게 장식되어 매우 깨끗했습니다. 레스토랑 메뉴는 매우 제한적이지만 맥주나 증류주와 같은 간단한 것들에도 많은 물건이 품절되어 실망스러운 2개의 바가 있음에도 불구하고 칵테일을 사용할 수 없습니다. 내가 주문한 음식은 좋았습니다. 1 층에있는 수영장과 상단에있는 수영장은 아름답고 일몰을 잡기에 완벽합니다. 🌅 아마도 다음 시즌은 우수 할 가능성이 있기 때문에 더 좋을 것입니다.
