This place was upsetting considering how beautiful it looked! The remodeling on property is gorgeous and I loved all of the decor… but it was not worth what I paid considering the fact that the room I had was not complete nor set appropriately. When I got to the hotel, the front desk staff was nice which is what I appreciate but when I got to the room itself, the room was clean but didn’t have any of the things it said it would (coffee, water, soap, nespresso). When I went to go and turn on the TV, it wasn’t working. I called the front desk and manager on duty checked in with his engineer and the engineer didn’t even bother to come to the room to check BUT told me the TV just wasn’t working in general (which why was I put here in the first place if they knew it wasn’t working)? Kristian moved me up to a new room… but it was actually a downgrade to me because I had specifically paid extra money to have a tub in my room and I was moved to a room without a tub and cold water, along with no water or coffee products in the room. The room was not cleaned when I went in there as well which was disappointing. I should have asked for another room move up again, but I was tired due to all of the travelling I had did that day. Kristian offered me a free breakfast for the days I stayed and unfortunately the food was not very good. The breakfast attendants gave me a hard time at first about eating breakfast because originally I was not on their list for check in after I told them I got a complimentary upgrade due to a problem with my room… but then they kind of just gave up and then let me eat. I wouldn’t come back to this place again unfortunately. The Accor chain has been my go-to when in Europe but it has not been kind to me this go around.
