The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries. We were allowed for late check out at 3pm. The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough. I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥. Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now. The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue. We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

滿意的：空間大，早餐的牛肉粉很好，外面漂亮。 需要改進：內部設施一般，有一個開關還突出來了有安全風險。馬桶可以換個智能的，夏天多放兩瓶水，攜程網預訂顯示有歡迎水果，而實際沒有，沒有咖啡。體驗感一般，性價比不好。

這個民宿真棒！性價比高！特別誇下床墊感覺好舒適，24小時熱水，開燈開窗開電視開空調都是小度控制，人工智能太棒了。躺在床上看見滿園竹林，不時聽到成羣鳥叫。在旁邊的餐廳吃飯，這裏的農家土菜味道跟我們在城市吃的確實不太一樣，是我出遊吃得最原始原味的一次！體驗感不錯，下次再邀幾個朋友來。
