The rooms are very small. The hotel is large, there are many guests and the elevator is often busy. close to the station and noisy from the trains. The floor is dirty in the corridor, old dirt under the beds. The parking lot is closed, but there is free access from the street. The surveillance camera records only those who enter, I did not see other cameras in the parking lot. When leaving the parking lot, you do not need a key - there is no security for your car, although parking is paid extra. Be careful with valuables. We had a smartphone stolen while cleaning. None of the administrators helped us - they answered politely and pretended to ask the staff. They behaved calmly, as if they had repeatedly rejected the guests' problems. I assume that they make money from the number of guests and forgive the thefts of the staff because it will be difficult to find a new employee there. I travel a lot and often choose budget options, but this is the first time I have such a bad experience.

호텔은 두 개의 기차역에서 도보로 약 20분 거리에 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 불안정한 지역에 있지만 호텔 직원의 책임감이 강하고 여전히 매우 안전하다고 느낍니다. 왼쪽에는 아무것도하지 않는 사람들이 많기 때문에 호텔을 떠나 왼쪽으로 가지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 산 아래에 있는 본당까지는 걸어서 10분이면 갈 수 있고 구시가지에 들어가 산을 올라 성모성당까지 가는 것도 매우 편리하다. 지하철과 매우 가깝고 먼 곳으로 이동이 편리합니다. 방은 비교적 작지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 느낌입니다. 도시세는 1인 1일 1.08유로로 첫 번째 호텔보다 저렴하다. 방이 작은거 빼고는 다 좋습니다.

Good budget hotel, well located for the theatre, shopping and great restaurants. Place/Metro Bellacour quite a short walk. The reception staff were friendly and professional with excellent English. The reception is located up a couple of flights of stairs and most of the rooms are above that up very narrow staircases on floors 3 to 5 so it’s tough going if you have heavy luggage like we did. Bed was comfortable and small shower worked well but the toilet made a VERY loud pump sound when flushed! Recommend if you’re on a budget and don’t have heavy luggage.

2박(성인 2명 및 어린이 1명) 장점: 깨끗한 호텔 - 모든 Ibis Budget에서 기대할 수 있음 도움이 되는 직원 - 모든 Ibis Budget에서 기대할 수 있음 기본 편의 시설 - 리셉션의 전자레인지 / 차가운 식수 (보완되지 않을 수 있지만 직원이 병을 다시 채우도록 허용합니다) 넓은 주차장 - 옆집 맥도날드를 운전하지 않았기 때문에 사용하지 않았습니다 - 당신이 McD 사람이 아닌 경우에만 도움이 됩니다!!! 단점: 객실에 에어컨이 없습니다. 모든 Ibis 저예산 호텔이 그런건지 확실하지 않지만 6월 밤에는 불편할 수 있습니다. 위치는 일종의 한적함입니다. 어두워진 후 외출하는 것이 약간 무서울 수 있습니다(특히 가족과 함께) 너무 많은 레스토랑 (McD 물론 제외), 바, 슈퍼마켓 근처 지하철역은 좋은 800-900 mt 떨어져 있으므로 하루에 여러 번 지하철역까지 걸어 갈 계획이라면 지루할 수 있습니다.

Lovely hotel. Average size room but perfect for our family of 4 with a double and two single beds. It was really clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel right next to main transport hub for the city and a main train station but also within an easy walk of the city centre.

The hotel is just “ok” for the price. There is also an extra charge for breakfast. A big thank you for the housekeeping sweet lady that she run behind me to give me the charger that I forgot. The morning lady at the reception was very helpful also but the night receptionist was awful. You have to wait for him to finish his game at his phone and then maybe he can give you attention.
