10시에 호텔에 도착했고 리셉션의 여성이 오므라를 가서 방을 얻기 위해 돌아 오라고 말했습니다. 나는 심하게 대접받은 금 페어 몬트 회원입니다. 우리는 2시 30 분에 돌아와서 방이 준비되지 않고 체크인 시간이 4PM라고 들었습니다. 그러나 도착 하루 전에 그들은 나에게 방이 준비되기를 원하는 시간을 물어 보라고 불렀습니다. 모든 고객 접수 원은 전혀 실용적이지 않은 다른 곳으로 나를 안내하고있었습니다. 12 시간 이상 깨어 있었고 하루가 끝날 때 각 사람은 나를 던지고있었습니다. 그리고 싸움을 한 후에 우리는 마침내 방을 얻었습니다. 방 중 하나가 곤충으로 가득 차 있고 다른 방은 이웃들로부터 시끄 럽습니다. 몇 번의 싸움 후에 리셉션에 전화를 걸어 두 방을 바꿨을 때 에스컬레이터를 15 분 이상 기다려야했습니다. 이 호텔에 대한 전반적인 경험은 정말 baaaaaad이며 누구에게도 추천하지 않습니다. 유일한 긍정적 인 점은 아무것도 가치가 없다는 것 외에는 하람에 몇 걸음 밖에 걸리지 않는다는 것입니다. 접수 원의 누군가와 이야기 할 때도 그들은 귀를 기울이지 않습니다. 내 경우 나는 금 회원 플러스 여행 고문 수준 6, 내가 정상적인 손님이라면 어떻게 될까요? 그들은 나의 날을 매우 힘들고 비참하게 만들었다.

전반적으로, 우리는 좋은 경험을했습니다. 위치는 Haram에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 가족 친화적이지만 무료 셔틀 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 세면대가 고장 났기 때문에 욕실을 약간 수리가 필요합니다. 카펫을 청소해야합니다.

Very good location and the view is also amazing

Very new way for me I csne to makkah . Picked the Room with double bed so we csn hzve big riom. there was a room next me had s batter view but next time I will tzke it hopefully ☺. according to the rate i gave 10 nd full like to the restaursnt snd room for housejeeping further. you are great snd snd the thw ssudi msn was with me Ahmeed Falemban also in the restorant we went together down in the elevators nice one 🤙love all 🤍 . loved the munument too wad nice

Nice hotel, comfy bed, good breakfast, close to Haram less than 10 mins walking distance. Just that you need to walk uphill a bit on your way back to hotel otherwise u can take taxi 20sar. Overall good stay.

Good stay in Makkah whilst we visited as a family. Close to Hajj ziyārah sites and only 5 minute drive to Masjid al Haram (when it’s quiet. Reasonably clean though I wasn’t convinced by the IHG cleanliness assurance during these sensitive times. We went for the 2 interconnecting rooms but the hotel had lost the key to the interconnecting door!! It took all night and into dawn before we were relocated into another room with a door that allowed access to each others room... quite important when you have 3 children. Until then, all 5 of us slept in one room for the first night of the 2 nights booked!! Our new room had issues with the door lock sensor.... so a maintenance problem all round. Once the issues were sorted however, everything else was smooth. Decent enough breakfast for European and Arab tastes. Spacious rooms, well decorated. One thing to note... reception staff are excellent - polite, well mannered and want to get things sorted for you. It’s just unfortunate the maintenance staff struggle. I’d recommend on the basis the maintenance issues were a one off issue.

We stayed at the Jumeirah for our Umrah trip. Our room was fantastic but we were so appalled by the dining service and quality of food. At breakfast, the service is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and the people behind the live food stations need to smile like the gentleman on the egg station. I asked 5 times for a karak chai from the start of entering the breakfast until the end; I was there for 1.5 hours and every single person I asked was unable to get me the karak. They kept ignoring and disappearing. In the end I had to remind the waiters how long I had been waiting only to be told it had run out. I was waiting for a very long time just to be told this! In the end someone did get me the karak but it was so hard to just ask for something so simple. Also every day at breakfast the tables are not set out with the cuttlery and napkins missing. Every time I ask someone for some cutlery as there isn’t any on the table and it doesn’t get replaced but again we are always ignored and have many times helped ourselves to cutlery from other tables or the station where staff store the cutlery. We got very tired of the service here and it definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of other 5 star hotels (except the hotel and room itself). The staff are very unhelpful and the kitchen staff are awful. Having come from a hospitality background, there needs to be more structure in your kitchen and managers need to stop prioritising specific tables. All guests should be treated the same. We came to the buffet dinner and we’re looking forward to a lovely meal however the food was absolutely awful quality. The lamb shoulder was so over cooked and dry. We have never tasted anything quite like it. I have attached a picture to show the quality. It was inedible. There were literally no staff at any of the service stations. We wanted some of the grilled meat and chicken and we had searched for someone to serve it to us and he took one handful of it and put it on our plates. That is not an adequate protein portion. The portion was enough to fit a tablespoon of meat. The options were so poor. Again, no table service and no napkins and cutlery. We had to keep asking for things that should have been there. We didn’t even have water bottles and the table next to us had 5 water bottles for 2 people. We were really looking forward to the dinner but it was the worst buffet we have been to for a five star hotel. Nothing was fresh and the dessert selection was terrible too. Definitely nothing 5 star about it. The pastry was old and stale and very sweet without any flavour. It’s such a shame at such a high price which does not reflect any quality at all. We were so disappointed with the stay. We were hoping to return later this year with our family but we will have to find another hotel as this is hotel is not at the standard to bring our family to. Your location, decor, room size are amazing but your customer service and quality of food really lets you down. It is such a shame as we were really looking forward to staying here again.
