모든 것, 방, 침대, 욕실. 상황은 주요 노선에서 떨어져 있었고 패스 코드 게이트로 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 환영은 좋았고 정보의 공유는 좋았습니다. 정원은 2 개의 기트 단위가있는 lovely하고 매우 넓었다. 아침 식사는 맛 있었고 유리 콘서트에서 제공되었습니다. 아침 식사 후 8시 30 분에 도로로 돌아갑니다.

L'emplacement était parfait pour un vol très tôt a l'aéroport, a une station de tram. Mais a part l'aéroport, pas grand chose aux alentours hormis 3-4 restaus. Chambre propre, confortable. Petit déjeuner complet et vraiment bien pour 9euros. Réceptionniste très sympa. Juste la douche qui n'est pas fermé en bas et ça met de l'eau partout !! Seul point négatif !

We had booked this hotel for 7 days. There is a tramline into Bordeaux that goes from outside the hotel and takes about 30 minutes. We bought a 7 day ticket and used it every day so excellent value but the trams are very busy sometimes so we had to stand on some trips. If you're staying here and don't want to use the tram then you'll definitely need a car as it's basically on the side of the motorway. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Rooms are big and clean. Nice and quiet. Loads of parking. Breakfast was okay. The pool is very small (not really big enough to swim in it) and not heated so we didn't use it. Overall a nice hotel, but probably more suited for business use or stop overs due to location.

We had a late night flight into Bordeaux and this hotel was ideally located. Rooms where comfortable enough. I have to say that the customer service however was exceptional when we were on our return leg of our journey. The hotel were incredibly accommodating in holding our bags for a few hour when there were no facilities available at the airport and to add to the top class service we arrived at the hotel covered in sick as my son had vomited in the car and they kindly provided products for us to clean the hire car before retuning. Thank you so much again.

(호텔을 예약 한 여동생)은 프론트 데스크 직원에게 접근하여 상황을 설명했습니다. 우리는 즉시 언니와 가까운 방으로 업그레이드되어 우리를 매우 행복하게 만들었습니다. 새로운 방은 우리의 요구를 충족 시켰지만 청결이 부족했습니다. 건물 A와 B는 눈에 띄게 업데이트됩니다. 프랑스에 머무는 동안 우리는 수많은 호텔에 머물 렀으며 아무도 그렇게 나쁘지 않았습니다. 나는이 체인을 추천하지 않을 것이다. 와이파 이는 좋았고 애완 동물 친화적입니다.

We booked this hotel for one night before starting our holiday proper. We found all the staff friendly and cooperative. The Plat du Jour menu @ €21 pp was fabulous and really tasty. Overall this was a very comfortable and good value stay and would recommend. No issues with noise, air con or cleanliness. Tres bien!

The Campanile was perfectly adequate for a one-night stay before flying out the next morning. The room was clean (except for some spots on the carpet) and bed was pretty comfortable. The front desk staff seemed to speak multiple languages. The buffet breakfast was really good and well worth the money. My only complaint would be the room temperature setting. The thermostat in my room was set to 15°C. After a lot of fiddling around I found that I could override it with the temperature of my choice for up to two hours at a time. That's not really helpful for over night. Having said that, I didn't ask the front desk for thermostat instructions so maybe there is some other way. The hotel is very convenient to the airport; it was a couple of bus stops when I stayed but I think the Tram A extension is now open so it would be a couple of tram stops. The stop is maybe 100 m from the hotel.

호텔은 매우 새롭고 서비스는 매우 좋으며 레스토랑은 맛이 좋으며 수영장은 큰 판매 포인트입니다 1.5 미터 깊이는 부모와 자녀에게 매우 적합합니다. 위치는 평균이며 공항에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 운전하거나 택시를 타는 것이 편리합니다. 버스는 30 분마다 운행되며 주말에는 버스가 없으며 주변 지역은 여전히 개발 중입니다. 다른 시설은 없고 단기 체류가 좋습니다

I stayed together with my partner at your hotel in Merignac last week the nights of the 29th and 30th of October. The night of the 30th we came back to the hotel around 22:30 p.m. and the reception was closed, so we used our card to open the main entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, the card was not working as the door did not open. We tried several times to call the number which appeared in the front door, but no one replied. Suddenly some customers who were inside the hotel appeared and they opened us the front door. They told us that they have faced same issue; they could not open the front door. Additionally, they could not open their bedroom door, as the card was not working. We tried as well to open our bedroom door, but same issue happened, the card did not work. We were around two hours trying to reach someone from the hotel to solve this unpleasant situation, but we had no response at all. We were checking numbers of different Nemea hotels. We talked to both Lyon and Toulouse hotels, but they told us that they could not help us. They were stating that they were independent hotels and that they had no relationship between each other. We really felt abandoned and the whole situation was very unpleasant. We did as well call the police as we were desperate to solve this issue. As we had no response whatsoever from the hotel, we decided at around 0:15 a.m. to leave Nemea and search another hotel to spend the night. We needed to get a sleep. Same did the family that were with us in the reception. Moreover, they had two young daughters. Next morning, we went into the Nemea reception to explain the whole situation. The response we got from the man in the reception was to write an email to the following email account: merignac-stadium@nemea.fr. We did not accept so as we wanted a compensation on that same day. After that they agreed to pay us for the new hotel room we booked. This was not acceptable, and we required to compensate for the lost time, the several calls we did, the medication I was not able to take, and all the inconveniences caused. Finally, we got paid the hotel night at Ibis plus the Smartbox value. Finally, we would like to take the chance for you to recheck the internal policies on how you control the security as well as the emergency numbers in case any technological damage arises. A customer cannot be left abandoned as it has been done in this case.

Une nuit avec ma mère et mes 3 enfants pour prendre l'avion tôt le lendemain. Une personne vraiment adorable et aux petits soins vous acceuil dans un hôtel rénové. Les chambres communiquantes sont petites mais fonctionnelles et PROPRES!! Petit déjeuner varié avec du sucré et du salé. Tout proche de l'aéroport (pas besoin de prendre la rocade) et restaurants juste en face et à côté.
