우리는 프라이드 주말에 갔는데, 위치, 주차, 객실은 여행에 완벽했지만 고객 서비스는 그렇지 않았습니다. 룸 서비스 메뉴는 있었지만 룸 서비스는 없었습니다. 제 배우자가 전화를 받는 사람이 없어서 물어보려고 했을 때, 리셉션 직원은 제 아내에게 말을 걸기 전에 10분 동안이나 대화를 나누었습니다. 대화였고, 고객을 돕는 게 아니었습니다. 그 후에 그녀는 피자와 윙만 있고 바에서 주문하거나 배달을 받아야 한다고 일축했습니다. 이것이 유일한 일축은 아니었습니다. 다시 예약할까요? 편의 시설이 광고된 대로가 아니고 고객 서비스가 긴급한 경우에만 예약할 것입니다. 그 외에는 객실과 위치가 마음에 들었습니다.

Firstly my apologies for losing my notes with the names of the fantastic staff here, but many thanks to the amazing young lady from Kenya who checked us in! Really friendly, great sense of humour, absolutely perfect for front of house. The young lady from Italy along with the young guy who was in training, just a great laugh, all three were brilliant, you were made to feel welcome from minute one! The rooms were modern and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, tons of wardrobe space. Great bathroom, well stocked, great walk-in shower! Breakfast was plentiful and top notch! You couldn’t fault it! Nice hotel bar where they’ll make you a great ‘Old Fashioned’ and you can sit and watch the world go by in comfort! The hotel is a two minute walk from a beautiful woodland park with a beer garden, some really nice restaurants around. Local transport stops outside or it’s a €25 euro cab ride to the main attractions. We ere really impressed with Munich, we only came here for the Springsteen concert but it’s a city we’ll return to and when we do, this hotel will be our first stop. Perfect! The staff make the place, thank you all!

Well a 5 star hotel in the city with a great location specially if you are coming for October fest. It's only 10 mins walk to the tents. Service also good but the luxury rooms are crowded with oversize chairs, even when rooms are so compact. We had a great help from Mr. Umut, Duty manager who helped us when our Aircon failed. He immediately took action and solved the problem. Mr. Umut thanks a lot. All in all good place with small rooms.

The hotel has all that you need for comfort as a tourist. You are only a block away from the Munich Hbf so walking to the hotel with luggage was no problem. Proximity to the train station was essential for me since I used Munich as base while taking several train trips. The front desk staff is helpful and made it easy for someone who speaks very poor German. The rooms are sizeable by European standards and very comfortable. Fitness center was acceptable. You are about 4-5 long city blocks away from getting to Neuhauser Street and main shopping district (about another 3 blocks to Marienplatz) so if you mind the walking then maybe not the place for you, but I had no problem with it. Several restaurants within close walking distance (albeit not fine dining) and an Aldi's next door. One one hand nice to see a very diverse area in the immediate neighborhood, but also some sketch figures, but encountered no real problems (albeit a few odd visuals that I will not share). The breakfast was very good and I generally at eenough that lunch was not even a need or a consideration. Overall, well worth it.

다음에 뮌헨에 오면이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다. 백년의 역사를 가지고 있으며 역사적인 흔적이 가득합니다. 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 기차역 바로 앞이고 교통도 매우 편리하고 시끄럽지 않습니다. 아침 식사는 풍성했고 서비스는 정중했습니다. 방은 특별히 넓지는 않지만 기본적인 세면도구가 갖춰져 있고, 난방이 스스로 온도를 조절할 수 있습니다. 집 안은 봄처럼 따뜻했고, 창밖에는 차가운 비를 맞으며 비둘기들이 구구구구 먹이를 찾고 있었다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 침대는 0.8미터 싱글 침대로 되어 있어 매우 편안하고 하루 종일 걷는 피로를 풀어줍니다. 호텔에는 무료 무선 인터넷이 제공되며, 프런트 데스크에서는 수하물 운반도 도와드립니다.

Our stay was great from the start to the end. It was our fifth anniversary with my wife and we decided to make a trip to Munich and stay at Hotel Torbraeu. When we were in the lobby the staff was very friendly and celebrated our anniversary. When we go into the room there was a little note and a little surprise waiting for us. It was really kind. The breakfast was really good. I definitely suggest that you get a room with breakfast included. Lots of choice and the taste was delicious. There is an italian restaurant next to the hotel and you can try their food for dinner. Absolutely delicious. The location is also in the heart of Munich. You can walk to every touristic place. There is parking space just outside the hotel. It is really convenient and the price is 25 euro per night.

웨스틴 그랜드 뮌헨호텔은 상당히 오래된 호텔이고, 가격도 뮌헨의 타 호텔에 비해 결코 저렴하지 않지만, 그 이름에 걸맞지 않은 객실의 구성요소는 감점을 주어야 했다. 기본 객실을 선택했는데, 커피메이커 대신 봉투에 담겨진 커피가 제공와 플라스틱 컵 (코로나 이유) 이 제공되었고, 4일 체류동안 고장난 냉장고는 고쳐줄 생각도 못하였다. 아침식사 때의 서비스는 너무 엉망이고, 예로 기본적인 계란요리도 못하는 요리사가 서비스를 하고, 홀 안의 서비스 인원도 수다떨기에 바쁜 사람들이었다. 주차비도 30 유로로 비싼 편에 속하고, 교통이 편리한 위치라는 장점 외엔, 같은 가격이면 타 호텔이 나을 듯한 느낌이라서 추천하고 싶지 않은 호텔이다.

분위기도 좋고, 직원들도 매우 친절하고, 바로 환영받는 느낌을 줍니다! 객실은 아름답고 조식 뷔페와 저녁카드 모두 매우 맛있습니다. 꼭 다시 올게요!
