전반적으로 지하철 옆에 있고 대형마트도 있고 홍콩 백화점도 있어서 좋습니다. 지하 통로는 호텔과 직접 연결되어 있습니다. 아침 식사는 다양하며 아시아 섹션도 있습니다. 추천할만한 가치가 있습니다.

지하철역과 매우 가까우나 길고 어두운 터널을 통과해야 하고, 호텔 옆에 공사중이라 우회해야 합니다. 최상층 방이 가장 비싸지만, 실제로 창문을 열 수 없고 밖에서 윙윙거리는 자동차 소리 때문에 매우 시끄럽습니다. 에어컨을 켜도 소용이 없어요 이번 여름 독일은 너무 더워서 그날 밤 잠을 제대로 못 잤어요.

This hotel is located a few train stops away (Station: Harras) from the central train station, so it was not difficult to get to it. The infrastructure of the city is such that getting around is relatively easy. One just has to follow the directions on a map, whether physical or online, and you are good to go. The check-in process was smooth. I realise getting up and walking to where my room is, that the hotel is quite large, so if you are not up to walking a lot; ask for a room close to the elevator. The room is large and well maintained. I appreciate the bottle of water on top of the minibar fridge for guests. There is a breakfast place just a short walk away if having breakfast at the hotel is not something you would like. Not a minor issue, but it does say in the directory of services that laundry items sent in before 8.30am would be returned by 7pm the same day. However, mine was not and luckily, I was not departing the hotel the next day. It was attributed to a manpower shortage, says the front desk team member; and I know it to be a prevalent issue worldwide. The internet connection in the room is also very slow, especially in the evenings, in my opinion. If you decide to forgo the servicing of your room, hang a “go green” pouch on the doorknob and you will receive a surprise gift. Aside from the bakery around the corner, there are a few eateries close by. Despite the shortcomings, it was an enjoyable, fuss-free stay.

I'm really conflicted about this hotel, in some ways it's a great hotel and in others not so much. I'll start with check in, I booked a ”Queen bed” which to me means bigger than double especially as there is an option for just a double. so had to pay to upgrade to a ”executive room” which had the bigger bed, so another €60 on to our bill, but was discounted from €90. room was big, bed was very big and very comfortable. had to ask for a kettle (had a coffee machine but no kettle) had a minibar so a fridge which the first room didn't have even tho website says a minibar. all rooms have balconies but no furniture out there so I had to ask for chairs, also dont think the balconies have been cleaned in a while, i left foot prints in the dust. bathroom was old and needs refurbishment, shower pressure is rubbish, water drains very slowly and bath has all gone rusty. our first room was right next to the second room and overlooked some car park but then right next to it is a factory and then behind that some excavation work is taking place, the 1st night all was quiet as it was Easter but the second night from 3.30am lorries with there reversing noises where going on and that night the factory noise went on till almost 10pm. this is not the hotels fault- but if booking a room I would ask for a different location for room. breakfast was beautiful, everything u would want, all presented lovely and u could have omlette made to order. we used the resturant the 1st night, the food was very nice but very expensive- but we later found out this is how Germany is. Husband used the gym- mini gym as they call it and it is mini but it kept him happy for an hour. pool is a added bonus but pictures make it look bigger than it is, Sadly it was far too cold for me to get in and the steam/sauna are only turned on at certain times and we missed the time slot but they both looked good sizes. all the staff we came across, from reception, to restaurant and breakfast staff and especially the cleaners were lovely, very polite and helpful if u have any questions or requests. we would stay here again if it was the original price for the larger bed and if we had a different room location.

Good location close to the interstate. Police and fire station nearby. Three underground stations in walking distance. Bus stop over the street. Own parking garage (€15/ngt) which is definitely a pro as free parking around there is kinda non-existent. Rooms are really small, No desk, not even a closet just hangers next to one bedside. Room was very clean, but had damaged light fixture. Breakfast was nice, daily change of ingredients. Love the pancake machine ! Negative was a bad smell in front of the elevators, no bench at the front and they tried to charge me twice for parking.

When we had to book a hotel in Munich, most of the other hotels were very expensive or they were booked out. The niu loco still offered rooms under 100€ per night (breakfast included!) under fair conditions. The niu is not far away from the motorway. Its neighborhood/surroundings are not beautiful. Luckily, the heavy traffic outside could not be heard in the building at all. You can park your car underground for 10€ per night. The next Tube station is within easy reach: you can walk there in 5 to 10 minutes. Line 6 takes you to Schwabing and Marienplatz directly (3€50 for one ride). My room was quiet, clean, and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was no mini bar, but a TV with a big screen. In a box there were some games and a toy for children. The bathroom was extremely clean. I was fascinated by the disco lamp, which produced “psychedelic” light effects on the ceiling and walls. The lounge opens up into the breakfast room. Their breakfast offered a wide choice of rolls, different types of delicious German bread, various jams, sausages, fruit, yoghurts and mueslis. At the coffee machines there was self service. The coffee tasted good. Contrary to what you can read in some of the other guests’ reviews, I found the staff open-minded and cooperative. In a nutshell, I would readily return to the niu loco, because it has got many more advantages than disadvantages. My colleague wants to return there with his family.
