The entire experience was off the chain good. The lady (Robin) that helped us get checked in, the comfy comfy bed, great pillow selection, and outstanding breakfast (free) was as good as it gets. The parking is a little pricy but so is everywhere in Nashville. The parking attendees were fabulous and very speedy.

The place we stayed way like a condo villa very nice and spacious and pet friendly which was really nice and it was was clean and close to a Waffle House which was also nice and clean staff here were accommodating which it came to meeting my mom’s needs but cost was tad high for one night but considering the circumstances of last minute booking I guess it is why it was so expensive

I am currently on the tail end of a cross country move from California, and found this hidden gem. As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member who has visited many Residence Inn hotels over the years, I can honestly say that this was my absolute location by far. Zendy checked me in with true southern hospitality. She assisted me with a smile and genuine kindness and even made me laugh. In fact, we laughed each time we saw each other. Zayda, also at the front desk, was an absolutely sweetheart. She always welcomed with me with a huge smile and assisted me high maintenance requests with nothing less than professionalism and the quality customer service. I can honestly say that Zendy and Zayda made me feel like family! Next is Wendy, who puts out a truly tremendous breakfast each morning. One morning, I asked in passing if she had turkey sausage. She apologized that there was none that day, but promised to make me some the next day. Not only did she remember, but approached me with a hot plate of turkey sausage. What an incredible level of service! The gentleman working with her was also kind and friendly and talked to us every morning. I even got to meet GM, Nathan, who was very gracious in speaking with me. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Beautifully maintained location. I will definitely make this my go-to Marriott when In Nashville. Thank you all!

그들은 호텔이 너무 좋았습니다! ! ! 배정받은 첫 번째 방은 공기가 잘 안 통했고, 데스크에 계신 여성분이 주저하지 않고 바로 해결해주셨어요!! 나는 호텔로 떨어지는 유일한 폭포가 수영장이라고 말하고 싶습니다. 그것은 3 피트까지만갑니다. 전체 수영장의 깊이는 3피트로 매우 큰 문제입니다. 그러나 아이들은 호텔을 좋아했고 방은 우리가 거기에 편안하게 들어갈 수 있도록 매우 넓습니다!
