We had booked family room for 4 person. The room with twin bed was in basement with no air circulation. Hence smelly. They changed to another room. Where 2 extra bed was done. Room was not fully furnished. There was no dustbin. No kettle. No accessories. Moreover the hotel charged extra 1000 above the booked family room. Restaurant was also at nearby hotel. Not in the same hotel. A lot needs to be done at spread of breakfast.
