OMG, Big Apple의 중심에있는 훌륭한 호텔. 나는 일요일 아침에 체크인했다, 나는 MSG에서 Rage Against The Machine 콘서트 티켓을 가지고 있었다. 장소에서 불과 2 블록 떨어져 있습니다 !!! 매우 깨끗하고 아늑한 객실, 훌륭한 하우스 키핑 직원 및 놀라운 프론트 데스크 직원, 매우 세심하고 친절하며 매우 전문적입니다. 매우 수용적이고 서비스 전진. 전문가 이상이었던 Robert Clarizio와 같은 프론트 데스크에서 훌륭한 자산을 보유한 관리자에게 축하합니다. 그는 또한 매우 전문적이었던 Ms. Gyselle Bera 옆에있었습니다. 당신의 위대한 노력과 전문성에 감사드립니다.

We had a 6/F room with two double beds. View was of another building but we didn’t care about that as we were only staying for two nights. To give an idea of how small the room is; we had three big suitcases and there was not enough floor space to open two of them and walk around. Cons; The room is very basic - no free drinking water, no pen or pad, no slippers, no tissues in the room. The towels were thin and the hairdryer was weak. One of the poles on the curtains had been pulled off and left in a corner. There is a Keurig coffee machine but only paper cups and no spoons. Walls are thin, can easily hear other guests talking and closing doors. Bath tub had no plug. Check your bill. They charged us for the breakfast when it was already included in the room rate. Front desk said it will be credited back onto the card so we will wait and see. Pros; The shower pressure is good and the bathroom and carpets looked new. The beds were firm and comfy. The room overall was clean. The staff were friendly. There is a safe. There is a fridge but it’s empty. Breakfast was surprisingly decent. Cereal, bagels, eggs, French toast salad/cheese and lots of coffee. Our room rate included breakfast. If it didn’t I would have gone out to a local diner instead.

I have stayed in multiple Marriott properties over the last 10+ years, some no longer there, but this was the first stay at the Courtyard at Times Square on 40th street, and I have to report for location, service, comfort and most important management…their GM is Megan Wright, this Marriott branded property (actually managed by Aimbridge) is a “Jewel” among not just the Marriott portfolio but any of the other chains in the area. My gratitude for GM Megan both reaching back to us and keeping in constant touch, although she oversees several other properties nearby. Especially on this very busy “sold-out, memorial weekend. Our stay was brief as we awaited an addition to the family and she was so courteous and kind in ensuring we were updated on check-in, where to park, our room, our special welcome and even granted a late-check out (which we didn’t use so hopefully other guests could check-in). All the staff, from the front desk, bellmen (Jason thanks again) where you can leave your luggage, housekeeping, security, operators…were so friendly and knowledgeable to not just us but all the guests we could see checking in or asking questions. A complement to GM Megan as the example she sets clearly shows in the staff. So a little about the property. Centrally located to Bryant Park with all of the small boutiques set up from morning to evening, of course a few blocks away from Times Square, 5th Ave shopping even down to Macy’s . If you are driving, the Property does offer valet. For the small SUV it is $85.00 per 24 hours. The garage we are affiliated with also offers a discounted rate for self-parking at $60.00 per 24 hours. If you choose that option, their address is 150 W 38th street, located 2 blocks over from the hotel and before departure, validate your parking ticket with a sticker from the front desk. Its an easy walk to and from the garage and if you ask, they will park your car at the rear of 2 cars, so you can keep your keys and have access with your shopping to drop off to your vehicle. I didn’t know but one of the attendants saw me at the hotel and the parking lot and said we cold have called over to have them drop off the car. Easy access to the tarin station and coach terminal. An easy drive to 495 and the Lincoln Tunnel. Taxis and Ubers are easily available and we never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes for either. The hotel itself is spacious, check-in is quick, get some waters, elevators are quick to come and go, rooms are spacious for a NYC hotel, housekeeping great an there is a lobby café/bar that you can get drinks etc. TV is awesome with access to streaming service. Wi-fi worked always, mini-fridge and coffee make a plus. While there isn’t breakfast, ask the front desk for places to go..from vey cheap pick-up to the Red Flame on 44th street just a few blocks away which serves a great breakfast and is reasonable and quick. Tons of lunch and dinner places to go either nearby or as you explore the city. Ask again. Check-o

It was a great stay! Monica went above and beyond to provide us the best service possible. She is very welcoming and helped us with our every needs. Whether it was replacing a new card or pointing us in the right direction or even just welcoming us back to the hotel after a long rainy day. You can count on that we will definitely rebook as long as Monica is still there!

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋으며 배터리 파크(자유의 여신상) 및 911 기념관과 매우 가깝습니다. 칭찬할만한 점은 호텔에서 작은 생수 2병도 보냈다는 점입니다. 도보로 5분거리에 근처에 대형 푸드마트(홀푸드마트)가 있는데 필요한건 다 갖춰져 있고 하루 세 끼를 먹을 수 있고 식당에서 먹는 것보다 훨씬 저렴합니다.

Clean, PERFECT LOCATION, friendly staff, very affordable. Highly recommend because literally the most amazing location. Very safe area. My husband and I brought our four boys ages 11-16 in June. We’re a 3 minute walk to Bryant Park (so beautiful) and the New York Public Library. Maybe an 8 minute walk to Times Square. Subway stations are just a few minutes walk away. We walked around at night and my kids felt completely safe. Great restaurants around. No breakfast, but coffee and hot chocolate and tea, etc. Feel very confident booking here!!

업그레이드되었을 수도 있고, 방이 더 넓고 시설이 완벽합니다. 위치는 매우 좋으며 아래층에는 JFK 공항에 편리하며 중앙 기차역까지 10 분 밖에 걸리지 않는 지하철 역이 있습니다. 주변 지역에는 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 있으며 멀리서 아침 식사를 할 수있는 곳이 있습니다. 방의 조명이 충분하지 않고 목욕물이 더 클 수 있습니다.

Very nice hotel in good location. Quick weekend stay. Easy access to train station (walk about 100 feet) or one across the street. Took 12 minutes to get to Times Square. About a 20-minute Uber ride LGA (8pm on a Friday night). Newer hotel. Clean rooms. Not too big of rooms, but you are in NY so you have to understand that. Planet Fitness is across the street. Hudson Food Market is adjacent to the hotel. There is a food market across the street and some bars in the area. Hotel gym was good and spacious. Lots of area to move around and actually work out. Did not mingle much with the staff except for check in and check out. There is a restaurant/lounge on the premises that has seating areas. Would definitely stay here again.

방은 너무 작지 않고 괜찮습니다. 3인이 살기에 더 적합할 것입니다. 침구가 비교적 편안합니다. 유일한 불만은 아침 식사가 너무 간단하고 7시부터 11시까지 늦게 열립니다. 아침 00시이므로 아침식사 포함을 선택해도 괜찮습니다.
